Spacious, well-equipped, and clean property.1. Directions - only apply to people driving their own car; difficult to follow when coming by Uber or Lyft.2. Air Conditioning - not balanced; 2nd floor BR hot while 1st floor BR freezing cold. Requests to address were ignored.3. Issues - The shade in 4th BR on 3rd floor did not open up keeping the room dark. The door did not close without forcing it. Repeated calls to fix the problem were ignored.No one had the courtesy to return calls and fix the problems over the weekend and we were there only for the weekend. Our special occasion of 60th year Reunion was spoiled by this experience.Following are comments from the person staying in the 4th BR on 3rd floor:"I was lodged on the top floor in the left room. I found that the shades could not be opened. The room door would close only by forcefully pulling. We sent a text message on Friday which was not replied to by anyone. I called on Saturday and spoke to a lady who hemmed and hawed and had the gall to say she wasn’t sure if she could find anyone through the weekend . I reminded her that we were there only for the weekend. My friend also called and spoke to someone about air conditioning. We didn’t hear a peep from anyone for the rest of our stay. We are not only disappointed but angry. Not only were you able to fix the problems but you lacked the simple courtesy to to respond in a timely manner. This is TOTALLY unacceptable."

So Fantastic

This property was perfect for the 4 couples. Having our own bedroom/bathroom combos were amazing. The space. The rooftop. The proximity to everything. It was fantastic. The only criticism is trying to find the garage entrance was tough. Dropping a pin for us to follow versus the address would have been better. We will totally be staying there again.

The property was spacious and clean. Each couple had their own en-suite bathroom so we weren't having to share. The property was close to several restaurants so you can walk to them which makes it great for not having to find a parking spot. And while there is construction next door its not disruptive to this property.

The location was great! There is still lots of construction but overall not noisy. The house itself was very clean and spacious with all the basic amenities. And the hot tub and rooftop was a bonus!! The only complaint we have is that although the listing states it sleeps 10 we were 9 and were charged 50 for an air mattress and 150 for the 9th person. So the listing was a bit misleading. We also had to set it up and call a few times for sheets. The host was very responsive beforehand and during the stay and friendly. There is a great luggage storage place nearby which we utilized for the day upon check out. Overall we had a great stay!

Great house! Loved the 4 King beds

Communication was a quick response to questions. Lovely house, great amenities. King beds were great, spa was great. Wanted to use karaoke machine on several nights but it was broken and host did not fix. Some things like dishwasher soap, laundry soap and paper towels were not provided like it was noted in ad. Had a great time overall, would rent again!

Excellent Townhouse

This place had everything we needed and was very spacious. Traveled with eight people and it was perfect! Only trouble was the uber/lyft drivers seem to struggle with the location. Other than that, I would highly recommend this unit. The hot tub on the roof was perfect to watch the snow coming down! The beds were very comfortable! Loved having the decks on each floor. Would definitely go back.

Birthday celebration

First time in Nashville. Came to celebrate my Wife's birthday. We fully enjoyed our stay. The property is in a very safe, convenient location that is close to just about anything you want to get into (shopping, restaurants, Broadway). Although the property is close to everything, it is very quiet in the evenings and at night. Plenty of space for privacy if traveling with groups and very well equipped with just about everything you'll need while away from home.

Christmas in Nashville

This property was perfect size for our family. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed the elevator it was very helpful! A few suggestions would be having scissors available, the ice machine did not produce enough ice, lack of security on the front gate there was a missing lock, supply more trash cans the cans were full when we arrived (but thankful we were not charged), we would of loved having a Christmas tree during our stay since it was the holiday! Overall it was a wonderful property and we would be glad to rent it again! Thank you so much!!

Pros: location great. Plenty of room in the Vrbo. Cons: poor communication with host/company( not prompt); heater wasn’t working and took 6 hrs to get fixed from when we tried to contact host. Place was not cleaned well, dirty utensils, hair and marks on floor, stains on pillow. Felt like they nickel and dime you. When questioned the extra 99$ fee for damages, they said we have white towels that may get damaged. The towels were black Overall for the price should work on the little things to assure customer comfortable and happy. Would not stay hear and avoid the goodnight host company
