Great house

We stayed 2 nights while in town for my son's graduation from college. It's a great house. The hosts were great with answering questions and helping with the minor things we needed addressed. My only complaint was the thermostat was set at 76 degrees. For whatever reason whenever we turned it down it would come down a couple degrees and then reset to 76 again. The host tried to send someone out but I had set my phone down and missed it. They did try trouble shooting but we were in and out so much we let it go. I would definitely look into this location again if I'm the area.

Easy stay for a fun weekend out!

Great experience! Had a group of 11 people and there was more than enough space. The place was clean and ready to go and owners were incredibly communicative throughout always checking if we needed anything. We even asked for more blankets and they were delivered later that day! the roof access with fire pit was a added bonus. would love to do another trip here in the future!

Great Place, Not-so-great Listing

Listing stated there would be two queen beds and a full in the third bedroom when ultimately there was just a full-sized bunkbed. Due to there being one less complete bed in person than in the listing, one of our party had to sleep on the beanbags at the property. AC was completely non-functional on the upper floors when we arrived. We contacted the company after the first night, and there was a contractor out to fix it by noon. It remained fixed the rest of the stay, and I greatly appreciated the late checkout offered as consolation. Overall great stay, but I’d maybe reconsider cleaning companies. The place was definitely not ready for guests when we arrived.

Perfect!!

This place was perfect! There was 11 of us and we all fit very comfortably. It’s so close to Broadway and plenty of Ubers in the area. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Nashville BDay weekend

Overall the space met our needs. There was some confusion on beds and sizes in each room. The space was decorated very cool. Several small things needed attention. The two beds in the main bedroom are of lower quality and one actually broke. Outside the garage was filthy and trash was strewn everywhere. Someone had left a backpack in the alley and several needles on the ground. I would stay again because of proximity to downtown and communication with management and there willingness to try to correct any issues.

Perfect place for a bachelorette party

Loved staying here with some friends this past weekend. The VRBO was beautiful, there was enough room for everyone and it was a quick ride to broadway. The oven unfortunately didn’t work, and there were a few unhoused individuals digging through our trash during our stay. Other than that, the VRBO thoroughly enjoyable and would definitely stay here again!

Bachelorette Party

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds are very comfortable and there was ample accommodations for the 6 of us. The location was great - the surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, but we spent most of our time exploring other areas of Nashville. The only disappointment was the rooftop deck, the flooring was not secure, so we didn't spend much time up there. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

Swim meet @ Centennial Sportsplex

In town for a swim meet; great location to the pool at Centennial. Quick 2-4 min drive. Very nice townhouse. Super clean and nice to have a private garage to park car. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms. We have 2 adults and 2 teenagers and everyone was happy. We would book again. Great communication from ownership.

Guys weekend

Met up with 9 college friends for a weekend. Everything was as described with good amenities in the house. It’s essentially professionally managed. You will have to rideshare to most locations but nothing was more than 10-15 mins

Fabulous Vacation Living in Nashville

Visited Nashville and this VRBO for our family's Spring Break, including a teen and a college kid - it was a fabulous getaway location. We wanted something that gave us more room than a hotel-plus a good kitchen-and this site more than delivered. It was clean, easy to access, and well located with access to roads and highways providing easy access around greater Nashville. The immediate area is a bit "transitional," but we felt very safe in our home. The company was great, and made our stay easy - responding to text messages when we had a question. While we were a family, we can easily see how the site would appeal to girls' weekends, bachelor/bachelorette, etc. We really had no complaints or concerns.

Not safe in Nashville

This was not the first time using VRBO for a family vacation, but it was the first time that our family did not feel safe and felt a lack of customer service. Door code is not changed between guests. And, upon arrival, maintenance was there without notice and also had the code. Ring alarm did not work. No assistance or service from Stay Minty to resolve issue. Made worse because someone attempted to get into the house. Incident report filed with Nashville PD but still waiting on video footage from Ring to submit. Proximity to active areas is good but up and coming neighborhood as described in the listing. The safeguards of dedicated guest code and working alarm would help tremendously. The other things are secondary to safety - sheets should be replaced because of piling and iron is broken. Lack of communication from Stay Minty was concerning. Management said she couldn’t reach us but never had missed calls, never received voice messages yet we had incoming/outgoing calls from each other, family and friends.

Great place to stay

The beds were comfortable and the site was truthful on all the place had to offer! Ubers cost anywhere from $10 to $40, according to what time you would request one. We would definitely stay here again!
