Beautiful place but a/c was iffy

We had a wonderful stay at the property. However, the air conditioning in the bedroom section of the unit was very warm. The living room and kitchen stayed pretty cool. The picture of the pool is a bit deceiving as well. It is very small.

Great Stay

The condo was nicely decorated, in a good location and worked out great for our family. Plenty of room, no problems with any noise. Felt safe and was an easy Uber ride to Broadway.

Unique Industrial Loft Vibe

Spent 3 nights, had everything we needed the Speakeasy in the basement was great. We would definitely stay here again. As others have mentioned the pool is very small, great for cooling off tho.

Speakeasy Vibes Comfortable Stay Check!

Overall, a great experience with a smooth check-in & out process. Loved the speakeasy vibes and the entire loft in itself. There is a gate that you need to cross before you reach your respective loft. Our group did not have a car rental, but this was quite confusing for the Uber drivers who did not know they could enter by pulling up closer to the gate. Not a deal breaker, but considering how many times we went in and out of the facility daily, it was a minor inconvenience to have to walk up the driveway all the time. The only reason why the location was not ideal for our group was because we did not have a vehicle. There are not many stores or restaurants around, especially ones that open late. The pool was significantly smaller than advertised on the website. We had no use for it considering the weather but it could be a bit misleading, especially for future groups that are banking on this specific amenity in the summer.

Perfect space for a getaway weekend

Easy check in/check out. Comfy and clean beds. Loved the neon light and large couch to fit all of us. Bathroom also has great water pressure.

Cool space

We liked the vibe and Loved the 1865 Club downstairs! We all enjoyed our stay a lot. The only downside is the nearby train tracks, description says no blow zone but it is definitely not! Several trains a night and lots of blowing going on. Location is about a block away from Starbucks and a minimart.

Cute place

Cute place, location was an easy Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go. We had a few bumps at checkin but the owner was very apologetic and fixed the situation right away. Very happy with how he handled the situation.

Great Stay

We stayed for a long weekend in Nashville. It was close to Broadway. The space was great for 7 adults. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Would recommend.

Nashville Condo

Beautiful place to stay. Excellent location. Uber rides were very easy to access. The beds were very comfortable & 2 bathrooms was plenty for us 6 ladies. The Speakeasy bar/lounge was a nice plus! Only negative was the neighbors above us partied until 5am. Walls are very thin.

Beautiful place however location was different then expected

We came for a weekend getaway and had an amazing time. With going in the middle of June it was very hot so the pool was an amazing asset that we needed just to cool off during the day. However we thought Broadway was going to be closer to us. The bars we wanted to go to were farther down on Broadway so it was about a 50 minute walk to them. Ended up ubering every time due to that long walk. Place was easily accessible and was able to use the cooking appliances for a couple of our meals which saved money. Overall the places beautiful just wish it was a bit closer to where the big bars were.
