Great stay for large groups!!!

Beautiful, clean, and spacious! We had 9 people stay with us at this VRBO and it suited our needs perfectly. We took our dog as well! Definitely don’t pass this one up!

Security adjustments needed

The home was clean and walkable to some great restaurants, universities, and the hospital. The seating on the rooftop deck was missing some of the cushions. We unfortunately could not stay the full length of our vacation here due to a security situation that occurred at the place. This home doesn’t have a security system, ring camera or doorbell camera like the other units around it do. We were here to look at houses and take our kids to swim lessons. After the incident we filed a police report as directed by the Management company, which took up most of our day to then have the management company stop responding when we asked about being moved to another home in their portfolio or refunded for the remaining days. We could not stay due to the home being tagged and watched by someone. We are from the Detroit area and now Saint Louis and are quite aware of different tactics being used to track homes/cars. My stepdad who was a former Deputy Chief recommended we also get out of the home, especially since we have young children with us, and file the police report to start a paper trail. We are still dealing with the owners who have not been helpful regarding this. VRBO has been reaching out to them with no response, as VRBO also suggests they reconsider their decision of not refunding for the remaining days. Since safety is important, exterior cameras should be added like the neighboring rental homes have.

Exceptional Experience

Our stay was fabulous! The house was very clean. There were plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The house was still being cleaned for a few minutes after our check in time but we put our luggage in the garage. It was a pleasant surprise when management sent us delicious fresh baked cookies because the house wasn’t ready at the exact time promised! I highly recommend this home!

Great location & Responsive Hosts

The family visited Nashville for New Year’s. The host proactively kept us informed on things to do in the area as well as the check-in process. The property is in a great location in walking distance of things to do as well as Vanderbilt’s campus. Highly recommend.

Nice Property

Property was clean, well maintained and well stocked with the basics needed for a long weekend. Plenty of space for everyone to not feel cramped. Plenty of shops and dining options within walking distance. All communications with the host prior to and after arrival were thorough and timely.

Girls Nashville Trip

This house was a gem! Nestled into a quiet neighborhood, perfect walking distance to shops and a few restaurants. It was a great place to spend our mornings before heading into town via an Uber, and a welcome home after an evening of fun! Plenty of space for 12 people!!
