The owners (Josie and Matt) were very nice and made you feel at home. Our cottage was like new and very comfortable.

Overall was really good. Loved the quietness and privacy. Noticed a lot of the restaurants took advantage of tourists but experience was great and already planning another trip.

Highly recommend The Iris!
We stay here at least once or twice a year. The location is amazing and the rooms are super clean and adorable. We stayed in the Sweet Suite this time. Josie is wonderful!

Interior was a bit rough (exposed plywood), but that went with the overall rustic feel. Superb location - It was only a short walk to the shopping district. Separate cottages enhanced the privacy.

Birthday getaway
My wife and I was just on a short getaway so this was where we decided to stay. It was very convenient and the cost was reasonable so I went by the reviews I read online and chose this place. Josie was very nice and offered us an upgrade which we didn’t take but in hindsight should have. Our little suite was small and just a bit dated. The only heat is a portable unit and there’s no way it can heat the place so that would be really bad during colder weather. I just noticed the unit was not in good shape but it was comfortable enough and convenient enough for us to overlook some of the shortcomings. I would recommend you choose a unit besides the Cozy Couple one as we would definitely do the same. We had a great time and we will definitely visit Nashville again!

Loved the location and fire pit. Only slight negative would be softness of the beds. But we didn’t hurt while sleeping so not the worst.

Our manager was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The place was adorable and immaculately kept and this is only the first of many stays that we have planned at the Iris Gardens Downtown Cottages and Suites. It is conveniently located in downtown Nashville, Indiana. We were able to walk to nearly anywhere we wanted to go including restaurants and shopping but it was quiet and very peaceful at the same time. All in all, it is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend Iris Gardens Downtown Cottages and Suites for your next stay in Nashville, Indiana

Plenty of room (sitting - living room, kitchen, etc) & beds for the 5 of us. There was a leak in the big bathroom sink . They fixed it right away.

Girls weekend
Check-in was early, which was nice. The room was clean, nice beds, extra large towels and make wash rags ( A BIG PLUS!) But the kitchen items were a disappointment. We brought our own food to make in the room to save money to spend in the shops, we didn't have any forks for salad, so we had to go find some, the pans were very old and stained, but we made it work. For what I paid for the rooms I think the owners could afford to replace some things. Other than that it was fine.

Great Stay
The Chipmunk Cottage was very clean and roomy for 2 people. I loved that when you walked out the door, that food and shopping was within walking distance.

Very good experience. Josie was great! She showed us the cottage and explained everything (although - it was written the whole procedure). Really enjoyed the convenience of being close to shopping and dinning. Great experience.

The cottages are located right "downtown" so if you've come to visit Nashville, everything is in walking distance. We had a nice front deck to "people watch" and could visit with the staff and other guests.

Iris Cottages is right on the corner of Nashville, IN. You can step right out your door to shop and dine. Quaint, clean, unique, and reasonably priced!

Adorable - would definitely stay again
Weekend stay for a birthday. Cottage was adorable! Very clean and in good condition. Well located in town; almost everything was in walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Only thing to note: cottage is close to main road in town, so there is some road noise at night. Wasn't enough to keep us up at night.
