The 4th floor accommodations were perfect for our group. We were able to all spend quality time together and have our own personal space at the same time. The staff of the Carter were lightning quick to respond a couple of issues we had on the first day and we couldn’t be more pleased with them. The only downside was the state of the rooftop area. We were looking forward to being able to hang out in the evening but the furniture and area as a whole were in a state of disrepair (broken furniture, no umbrellas for daytime shade, ripped out countertops in the bar area, no lighting). Aside from this the view of downtown is incredible and the rest of the building we frequented was great.
