We had a wonderful stay at the house over spring break. Our family traveled there including 3 young kids (7, 5, and 2). The house was as described and we really appreciated having a garage. It was a great location, and the streets were narrow - I would not have wanted to park my car on the street all week (and I used to live/park in Boston). I dont thank a suburban would fit in the garage but all other SUVs would be fine. A number of reviews mentioned the night club next door/construction noise. We made sure to bring our noise machines for the bedrooms and everyone slept great. I'm a light sleeper so I dont think I would have slept well without it - but its not extreme noise that shook the house or anything. I appreciated the check out process as well - no excessive cleaning/prep/laundry, etc was asked of us. Overall a great house, location, and stay. We might come back again in the next year or two and will check here first!

Unfortunately, there was no disclosure in the listing nor communication from the property manager that there is a construction site, literally next-door to this building operating heavy machinery beginning before sunrise.

We chose Nashville as our annual motorcycle destination ride. Location was great to Uber downtown for dinner after a day of riding to different areas like the National Corvette Museum, Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls, Cumberland Water Fall and the Uncle Nearest Distillery.House was very comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary soap and shampoo. One of the main factors of choosing this house amongst price and location was the garage to park our bikes at night from the weather.The only negative was the club noise at night from the master bedroom window. There is also a lot of construction ongoing in the area but we were gone during the day so not sure how much noise that may create.

Great Place for a Nashville Getaway

We went with family to Nashville for a long weekend. There were 4 adults (2 couples) and 2 young adult children. The property was perfect for what we needed. We didn't really cook but the kitchen was perfect for anyone looking to do that. I appreciated the high-end appliances and fixtures. You could hear music from a neighboring bar when you were in the primary suite but it wasn't bad enough to bother us. The boys said the bunk room was warm but we located a fan in the primary closet and that did the trick. The property is perfectly located, just a short ride to the downtown area. There were several coffee/breakfast shops conveniently located within walking distance. The owner was very responsive even when i asked questions that he had already provided information on. I will definitely consider this place for our next Nashville getaway.

Great place

Very close to downtown. Neighborhood is commercial/residential. Very safe to walk to the restaurants and bars. Beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was we could only get 1 channel on the TV in the living room. The rooftop terrace was wonderful. There is no else lots of steps for us and we are all early to late 70’s and it wasn’t an issue for us. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect for guys trip

The property was in excellent condition, just as advertised and it was perfect for our guys trip to Nashville. Just a short Uber ride to the city and plenty of space for sleeping, and the rooftop is pretty sweet. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful!

This place was EVERYTHING and more. We had a great time and the rooftop is amazing. We enjoyed the two car garage, the large kitchen, and the luxury bedrooms! It was close to ALL the main attractions. If you’re looking for comfort, luxury, and short commutes to the malls, definitely book this place!

Serious Attention to Detail

Well built, professionally decorated, executive home. You can see the city skyline, but have no reason to visit the city if your goal is just to chill. Restaurants, coffee shops, brewery, and distillery all within walking distance. Safe neighborhood, we walked late into the evening from bar to the unit. When we did go into the city it was a short Uber ride. Check-in and Check-out was easy - self performed with clear instructions shared ahead of arrival. We had a few questions about the unit during our stay and were responded to within minutes (surround sound not connected for guest use, and roof top TV might need some attention, all non-impacting to the stay).
