We had the absolute best stay at this VRBO for our Nashville bachelorette weekend! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and beautifully put together; it truly felt top notch in every way.The space was incredibly roomy, which made it perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, get ready together, and still have space to relax without feeling crowded. The layout was ideal for a group trip like ours.One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space; it was so accommodating and perfect for hanging out, whether we were having morning coffee or winding down after a night out. It really elevated the whole experience.Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special weekend. Highly recommend for any group, especially a bachelorette party!

The house was very spacious and fit all 17 of us with plenty of room! The pool area was nice as well as enjoying the heated pool! The location was wonderful! Close to Vanderbilt and just a short uber ride to broadway! Would def recommend! Joe was great!

Everything about this house was so wonderful!! Our host Joe was amazing. The location is convenient and safe. The house was beautiful decorated, comfortable and spacious. We had the BEST stay at this awesome VRBO! Joe was a dream host. He was so helpful and kind. The house is amazing. The photos do not even do it justice! It was perfect for our group. Location is an easy drive to downtown and walk to nearby restaurants. Fantastic stay all around!!

Incredible home with an amazing pool!

The pool was the highlight for our group of 12. During the day, we used it to cool off, and at night, we heated it up to use as a massive 18-foot hot tub that comfortably fit a majority of our group. The fire pit added to the ambiance while we cooked dinner on the grill, making the evenings even more special. The house itself is huge and incredibly spacious, with two living rooms for everyone to hang out in. The first living room is conveniently located next to the kitchen on the 1st floor, while the second living room is on the 3rd floor, complete with a pool table. Just outside on the rooftop, you have a super private views of the downtown Nashville skyline, especially at night. We also loved the gym—it was fully equipped with everything you could need, making it perfect for morning workouts. The attention to detail in this house is outstanding, and it truly feels like a luxury getaway. The location is unbeatable. The house is within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants like Egghill and Barcelona Wine Bar, and cafes like Osa and The Well. You can also easily walk to The Gulch, which is full of fun restaurants, bars, and shops. From The Gulch, you’re only a few minutes away from the lively Downtown Broadway area. This house was a 10/10. Joe was also a 10/10. Quick to respond and always available to help out with anything. I would highly recommend.

Excellent House for a Group!

We had a lovely time in Nashville! The pictures don't do the property justice, it's much larger. Our group of 13 was comfortable, we couldn't believe how cozy the beds were! The pool wasn't ready yet for our stay, but the house had a wonderful outdoor porch so we really weren't impacted. 10/10 would stay again!

Nicest quality vacation home I’ve visited!

This truly may have been the nicest Vrbo I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The house and location were perfect. Close enough to even scooter to Broadway! Amazing weekend in Nashville!

We stayed at the Sunny Modern Oasis this past weekend in Nashville and it was above and beyond the best vacation home I’ve stayed in. The house looked exactly like the listing photos which sometimes is not the case, and very clean! The space was great…plenty of room for the 15 of us to spread out but also the gathering areas were large enough that we could all hang out together when we wanted to. Joe was a fantastic host! He answered my (many) questions quickly and was always available when/if we needed to get a hold of him. Would absolutely stay here again!

Luxury Stay Near the Gulch

Amazing house for parents weekend away. Everything about the house was perfection - comfortable beds, linens and towels. Decorated beautifully. We loved the rooftop hangout and check in was a breeze. Joe was a wonderful host and very responsive and accommodating. We loved the short walk to the gulch. Would highly recommend staying here during your next group trip to Nashville with family or friends :)

Amazing Place, Top Notch Host

My friends and I came down here for a bachelor party (9 of us). The place was absolutely beautiful. Great layout, awesome amenities, very close to downtown, and Joe the host was one of the most responsive and helpful host that I’ve dealt with. Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks!!
