We enjoyed it! Loved being in the gulch area! We walked almost everywhere. Even downtown broadway if you’re up to a good walk. If not uber and Lyft are not expensive at all!! Super clean and has everything you need..

An easy 20 minute walk to the downtown strip. It was great to have the convenience of extra space and a kitchen. Air conditioner and other items were a bit noisy. Used the fan instead of A/C when we went to bed.

Great stay!

Wonderful location, easy check in and check out.. the property was exactly as listed and perfect for two people. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed. The only minor annoyance was the dripping sound that seemed to consistently occur in the overhead pipes early each morning.

Great stay!

Excellent place to stay! Walking distance to some really great restaurants and live music without having to go downtown. However, it’s a quick cab ride downtown so you don’t need a car. A happy marriage is one with two bathrooms so this loft was perfect for us 😉 We will be back!

Communication with Property Manager was excellent. Came in from a very hot day to no air conditioning, but it was quickly resolved. Bathrooms dated with a very deep step to get in and out of shower/tub. Never sat on the couch but it did have a few stains. Televisions very small for size of rooms. We did not use Kitchen, but it seemed to be adequate.

Great location, everything you need

Great space for a short term visit to Nashville. Ideal location for walking distance to downtown. Everything you require if you decide to eat in. King bed was comfortable, and having a second 1/2 bath was a bonus.

We stayed for a long weekend. The location is great. We were able to walk to many restaurants and venues. We did not cook but kitchen appeared well stocked. The building was quiet. The trolley tour stops across the street. Overall very comfortable but the bathroom can do with an update Property manager was helpful and quick to respond to questions

Extended Weekend.

Condo was clean and beautiful. Location in the Gultch was perfect being able to walk to many restaurants and bars. Communication with the host went seamless from booking to checkout.

Long weekend in Nashville

Our family of four stayed here over a long weekend in October. We were very pleased with our stay! The location is exceptional with access to the best of The Gulch. We walked about at night and never felt unsafe. We asked for a mattress topper and extra pillows for the sofa bed after the first night and it was promptly and graciously delivered same day. Very accommodating hosts to work with and a great property !

The apartment came as advertised. The only glitch was the A/C system that woke us 4-6 times a night

Good stay, but I wouldn't recommend it because os the noisy, clanging, a/C system. We had to catch up on our sleep after we left.

Just what we needed

Great little apartment in a wonderful location in the Gulch. Communication was very easy during the reservation, check-in and check-out process. The property is just as pictured. We appreciated very much that there was some coffee in the cabinet for our first morning there - the grocery store right across the street is so convenient. We were able to walk or easily Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The sofa bed is.... a sofa bed. Would definitely come back.

GREAT LOCATION GREAT VIEW SUPER CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED

Perfection!! The property managment knows what they are doing. The loft was clean and stocked with all the must haves of a VRBO. They answered any questions we had in a timely manner and they are fully prepared for any oops there guest may experience ( like locking ourselves out). We found paid parking at the lofts and neighbor hood was very safe. Lots of restuarants,pubs, honky tonks and shopping within walking distance.
