The location is great and the staff were very nice but the rooms are outdated and dirty. The bedding had cigarette burns in it and the towels are very, very old and dingy. We cleaned and disinfected the room before touching anything.

When we got there to check in we realized the property was unacceptable to us. It is an extended stay property that changes the whole vibe of a hotel. We asked to cancel our reservation and was told we’d be charged anyway.

The only negative I have about this property was the lack of hot water. Otherwise, great!!

Room was not what I expected for the price. Not even a coffee pot in the room. They have smoking rooms but only list non smoking rooms. You pay ahead and then they charge you an additional fee as a deposit.

Great area that is convenient to nearby restaurants, stores, etc. But carpet was very dirty, wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

My stay at Springfield, Inn
It was not great, but it was not bad either. It was clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. No breakfast they advertised. They need to upgrade their bath towels and use some softener when they wash them. It is located near Lowe's, Wal-Mart and numerous Restaurants. I have no problem staying there again.

Very noisy outside and the AC unit as well. Lose laminate flooring between beds. Another guest was assigned same room and had to knock on the door to confirm.

The room next door made all kids of noise late at night , had to call the front desk to have my room cleaned mold in are shower head so didn’t get to shower at all

We did not feel comfortable with how check in went. the lobby felt cold and empty. When I checked in the attendant kept my cards for what felt like an uncomfortable length of time and the room had already been paid for so I did not understand why. The floor could have been cleaner.

They were under renovations. No pool. No continental breakfast, no daily maid service. No ice machines. The description did not match the reality. Bedding had burn holes in it in the non smoking rooms.

When booked the site said pool and breakfast bar. No pool, no breakfast bar. Had a woman beating on our door at 2 am. Had the whole place under construction. Furniture out in the yard. If we thought we could have gotten another place to stay ... we would have. Unsafe, unclean, nothing they advertised. Our sheets were never changed in a week.The only thing we were given was clean towels. Thats it. They cater to long term stays. That should have been a warning.Never again. Pay a few bucks more and stay somewhere safe and clean.

It is worth spending a few more bucks and staying at the holiday inn just down the street. The room did not look like it had been cleaned since Clinton was president. The sheets and pillows were stained, there was hair in the bed like the sheets had not been changed from the last guest. I ended up basically checking straight out. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No breakfast.
Springfield Inn is a dump. Everything is falling apart, towels and sheets are ratted, thin, and frayed. AC didn’t work well. Site says breakfast and shows pictures of breakfast, but there is none. Don’t stay here unless they’ve lowered their prices significantly.

Smelt terrible. Like cigarettes and homeless people. Had a non-smoking king room. Was not worth $600 maybe $100. Carpet was disgusting with previous customers bobby pins and crumbs left all over the place. The smell lingered on my clothes was very happy to get home and wash everything. Would not recommend.

Upon making the reservation, I called regarding late check in. I was told it was fine, and when I arrived my reservation had been cancelled. They did have an available room. The room was tidy but in need of repairs. It was not sound proof by any means- very loud. There was also a $50 refundable fee for room damage coverage, however it did take 5 days to refund back to my form of payment. There was also not a breakfast as indicated there would be. Overall, I drove by this property when my trip brought me back through needing a night's stay.

This property was terribly dated and dirty. The room appreared to be dated in the eighties. The carpeting was dirty, there was what we believe to be animal hair in the beds. The sheets were moth eaten and had at least one cigarette burn hole in them. The pillows were flat and smelled like febreeze was sprayed on them. The pillow cases were yellowed. There was something stuck on the walls. The bathroom...I dont know where to start! The floor was dirty, the tub was supposed to be cream colored but was gray and dirty. The ceiling texturing was falling off both in the room and the bathroom. If it would not have been late and storming, we would not have stayed overnight here. My roommates would not even get under the covers of the bed, nor did we shower in that room. We left immediately in the morning, disgusted.
