This home is BEAUTIFUL, updated, and was perfect for 4 couples! There are 2 firmer and 2 softer beds, and that worked out great. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies, both a normal Mr. Coffee maker and a Keurig. We spent more time sitting on the front porch steps and rockers than up in the rooftop area, was easier to take our coffee outside and sit in the sun and a fun view of the golf course! Lots of walking paths nearby and is very close to downtown. We ran out of dishwasher pods, and I sent a message and magically amazon delivered pods that day! Very responsive. We would definitely recommend!

5 stars for sure!!! The host was outstanding! She answered all my questions. Stephanie, manager, helped me light the BBQ grill and Fireplace she was amazing (great energy). The home looks exactly like the photos. Its very spacious, decorated beautifully, and has everything you need stocked. The rooftop was amazing with the hot tub and firepit. We saw fireworks from the rooftop for New Year's (so cool). Definitely returning to this beautiful home.

This place was wonderful! Exceeded expectations in every way. It had all of the kitchen supplies, linens, and amenities listed and then some!The location was great! I loved exploring East Nashville.The rooftop was our favorite spot. We didn't want to leave.

Absolutely beautiful house! Plenty of room for my family celebrating my daughter’s wedding. And lots of space for bridesmaids getting ready. Had perfect weather and we were able to enjoy the rooftop. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms large and kitchen big for cooking and hanging around island. Definitely lots of stairs but highly recommend! Communication and response time with management was outstanding.

Wonderful stay! Neighborhood felt very safe. Perfect distance to downtown, quick and reasonable uber ride. Stayed with a group of couples. We all had our own space and privacy. The rooftop was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend! Will not hesitate to come back.

Wife’s 40th bday

Our trip to Nashville was for my wife’s 40th bday party and I wanted a place for everyone to stay in the same place but still have enough room if they needed a breather from the group….this place offers all of that and more. We had more than enough room and were very comfortable. The only down side is that it was so hot that we didn’t get to use the rooftop but the inside was so nice we didn’t need it. House is in a great location and set up great for large parties.

Great place to spend Thanksgiving

The house is huge and gorgeous! The furniture and beds are very comfortable. There wasn’t anything we reached for that wasn’t there. The house overlooks a park along the river, which is beautiful. Unfortunately, right on the other side of a river is an absolutely massive industrial area. This causes a persistent, low throbbing hum 24-7 and during the day during the week there is a near constant beeping of trucks, backing up and moving around. The sound really bothered some of us. If you’re sensitive to sound, don’t take the master suite in the front of the house though it is gorgeous! The bedrooms in the back did not have any issues. Though we were here in late November we got lucky with the weather and so spent a lot of time on the rooftop terrace. The hot tub and fire pit were well used and much appreciated. Suggestion for the owners to get a table that can fit the number of guests the house can hold. There were 9 but the dining room table only seats four people. On the rooftop terrace the table only holds six though you could squeeze more in. The table and chairs on the first floor are lovely but they’re just too small for the size of the house. Loved the books! An impressive selection of excellent books. We added a few to the collection.

This place will NOT disappoint!

Myself and 11 others stayed here, although the online listing looks PERFECT when you arrive it’s even better than expected. Well kept, clean, everything you need for your stay, the manager responds quickly, and the location is PERFECT. Never an issue getting an Uber/Lyft and they are very reasonable to and from. Lots of hang out spots in the home. Perfect for large groups. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We will be back.

Nashville Adventures

This house was a amazing and beautiful! Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, pans, and utensils! We stayed for 7 days and there was enough paper product provided. I think there should be better towels for use of jacuzzi. They were small and not very thick. Very close to downtown, rode bikes there one day. Nice bike trails to do so. We also rode bikes in Shelby Park and it was a huge park with views of the river. We also golfed at the golf course right across the street. Golf was super cheap. We spent $30 for 9 holes of golf and that included our rental for the clubs and cart. The beds we ok, they we comfortable enough but some had plastic to protect the mattresses and it made a lot of noise. Enjoyed out stay!

Stunning property

Stayed at property w/my family consisting of a 20yr old 16yr old and 6yr old and some family friends. Easy check in/out.Tons of space for everyone. Property has several gathering spaces which is nice; green space for younger children to run and play, 3rd floor is great for teens and older to hang out. Roof top has amazing views of city and mountains very tranquil and serene. Primary bathroom is amaazing! Have a daughter attending college in Nashville, will definitely book again!!

Business trip

Great place, loved all the wrap around porches and the view from the roof top is great. Location was fantastic for going to the stadium, easy in and out. 10min to down town Broadway. Will be back again!
