La propiedad esta bien bonita, la atención regular, por el precio es bastante caro y me dejaron de hacer servicio de habitación dos veces y apenas había aire acondicionado. A pesar de haber frio los dos primeros días el resto fue temperatura agradable pero la habitación bien calurosa.

Weren’t aware they were doing maintenance on the patio for the rooms. So we had no patio privacy for the week. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have requested a different room.

The hotel room was gorgeous, my only complaint was the shower didn’t work.. thankfully i was only there to sleep and went to a friend’s place before even checking in but that stuck out to me.

This is a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities including great food in the restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, and very nice rooms with balconies. We were extremely impressed with the restaurant-our food was delicious! The staff is very polite and friendly. Loved it!

Great staff. Great beds. The furniture in the bar was very tired, as were some of other areas. Was happy there were restaurants because we were too tired to search. Food was very satisfying. But the staff was so exceptional. They need a raise because they carry your property.

Hand to lug up our large suitcases up stairs or walk a mile around the hotel to our room and take a ramp. Outdoor spa closed. Will not stay here again.

This hotel was much nicer than expected. The only drawback I had was I let the front desk staff know some of the lamps had gone out in my room and a few of the wall outlets went out of order during my two-night stay, and they were unfortunately not able to get things fixed during my two night stay. When letting the front desk staff know upon checkout before flying back to the east coast, they were extremely apologetic about it and offered solutions to make it up to me. The cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff will certainly have me returning if ever in the area again

Pool was very nasty had chips everywhere and jacuzzi had dirt all in it like it hasn’t been clean the sheets had stains all over them and bath room had no wash cloths the front desk didn’t give no type of information when and where anything was

Decent room, comfortable bed.
Everything was fine, except the mini refrigerator kept freezing whatever was put in it. I had to keep monitoring my insulin pen so it wouldn't freeze.

Room, especially the bed, was very comfortable. Front desk staff left a lot to be desired, but valet and restaurant staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

great for quick airport stay
Nice rooms, beautiful lobby. Outstanding staff. Wish hotels.com would post parking prices, as we did not realize we had to pay $18 additional for self parking. Only stayed as needed place near airport for early flight, did not use amenities or eat here.

Pros: The staff was accommodating and polite. The lobby, halls, restaurant, and bar were well-maintained. The restaurant’s food was good. Cons: The bathroom had mildew in the shower. My bed had an unclean smell to it although linens were clean. The mattress was not in the best condition. Housekeeping did not do a good job. I keep my room pretty organized so all they would need to do is take out garbage and fix up a bit. They did a mediocre job of that. Parking was once free, not anymore! Overall: I would not spend my money to stay here again. This is simply based on the private accommodations, but I would not mind having dinner/drinks at the restaurant/lounge once in Nashville again.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I arrived really late and where super nice even at this late hour. The hotel is a little worn but very clean and convenient to the airport.

We had a vibration sound in the window of the room, got maybe one hour of sleep. Checked in late, was too tired to call the desk and change rooms. Everything else was great, clean, staff and food all good.
