We loved our stay and were very happy with location. We found it quite noisy as we backed on the lane where trucks came and emptied dumpsters before 7 am, as well as the very near and busy fire department. Guess that’s downtown living! The property is clean and well run. Instructions for check in and check out were very good. Would definitely make a second stay.

About a 15 minute walk to get to broadway but in a safe area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean but there was no coffee available in lobby. Overall it was an enjoyable time.

From the Parkade to your rooms was confusing. You had to go to the correct elevator. They should provide a map of the apartments. They did have directions on everything else. Once we got settled in, we really enjoyed our apartment. It was quiet, clean and had a modern look. We loved the floor to ceiling windows in the sitting room and bedroom.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet. Very clean. Pool area was great. Walking distance to Bridgestone Arena and Broadway St. So convenient. We would stay there again.

The place was great! I did not have a car to park, which was nice. We walked everywhere! The balcony was nice, the view of the city was beautiful, the apartment was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is please put extra toilet paper in the bathroom:) I would definitely stay here again!

Easy walk to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame & Bridgestone Arena, each place is about 1,000 steps, no hills! I found the parking app confusing, front desk was always available to help me though. Parking itself was convenient. I would recommend and stay here again.

We were in what I would call in a perfect area. We were able to walk by to all the places we wished to by foot . Sentral Sobro puts one halfway between downtown and The Gulch.

C’est vraiment un hébergement caractéristique du monde à venir : Pas de personnel, aucun service ! C’est une ambiance froide et impersonnelle. Depuis le lobby nous avons été obligé de traverser un parking pour atteindre notre immeuble l’ambiance est très froide. Je déteste ces ambiances. La prochaine fois j’irai dans un vrai hôtel avec des vrais gens à l’accueil, des sourires des échanges etc. Dans la chambre il nay avait pas de café, et les draps enveloppaient à peine la couette. Never again !

I really loved the accommodation, location and amenities and would have given Sentra Sobro a higher rating but the online checking was horrible and we were unable to complete it ahead of time. Luckily the assistant manager came to our rescue. The young gentleman at the reception was also great at the end of our stay. We were not informed that the parking garage door to the apartments was not working on our level.-another problem at the end of a long day. The last concern was the limited basic kitchen items. No frypan, no towels for drying kitchen items (tea towels), no toaster, no kettle, no oven dish......

Don’t let the industrial look of the area surrounding the hotel dissuade you from this awesome home away from home. Only 12-15 minute walk from downtown Nashville! Very clean, comfortable and spacious accommodations suit 2 couples very well…each with their own bathroom. The pool and surrounding patio area are nice and relaxing. If you’re so inclined there are a couple of barbecues available in the patio area for your personal use. Thoroughly enjoyed this location!

The room/apartment was very nice and was a good part of our visit to Nashville. Our only issue was with the check-in process, which at times seems like an escape room in reverse - we had to figure the steps to get INto our room. Parking also required some additional steps, but for both, once we had things figured out it all made sense and worked very well. The apartment is well laid out, the facilities are great and the location was good - walking distance to the country music hall of fame and Broadway honky tonks. W

Only confusing part was entering parking garage. There was only one entrance and once you got there you had to use an app to open the gate to let you in. Everything else was very nice

Our stay was ok .. hall smelled like weed and a guy kept bugging us on buying items that he was selling I don’t believe he lived there but he kept knocking on 2 different rooms .. our fan was also so loud we couldn’t have it on .. no pan to use the oven .. didn’t know we need to pay for parking in the building but we were right next to ol Smokey’s and other bars

The room was really nice. The property is like being in a maze. It took us 10 minutes after coming in through the garage on how to get to the main lobby. A lot of the security door features were broken. No maps of the complex. It was also very troublesome to checkin and get parking. Everything requires tech savvy and a credit card.

The code to enter the building changed mid-trip which we were not informed of. This could have posed a safety risk getting into the building after midnight. Fortunately, this was a group trip and we were let in by our friends, by coming down to the lobby and opening the door. When texting the number provided to ask why we were not informed of the code change, we were told our original code would continue to work which was NOT the case.

I would highly recommend this property. It was great having a full kitchen, as we liked having a quick breakfast and then also being stocked with drinks and snacks. Checking in was very easy and the communication was great through text messages. There are people onsite at the front desk to help with directions, checking in, etc and they were all very friendly and helpful. Grocery stores were within walking distance.

We had rented a 2 br and got no compensation for getting out into 2 one bedrooms despite two people talking on the phone to me prior saying that there would be compensation/ refund issued and an exact amount given.
