Looks exactly like the listing

This property was great with a few quirks. Very clean with comfy bed/pillows. 2 large towels, 1 hand towel and about 4 washcloths per bathroom. No bedroom storage/drawers. 1st floor bedroom has a desk and the luggage rack. 2nd floor bedroom just luggage rack. There were a decent amount of hangers in the closets. For a short stay this was fine but if you are staying longer may be an issue. The area around the building is desolate with a lot of construction. We used Uber to Broadway which was 6-9 depending on time of day and always within 5 minutes away. The door does not lock behind you (we don't think we locked the door the first 2 days). You need to enter the code and turn the dead bolt to lock. If you are planning to go out on the balcony beware of the spiders. My only complaint is the balconies could use some tlc. We were there for the 4th of July so we spent time on the balcony. We had to cover the furniture upstairs to sit on. We purchased a broom to wipe away the spider webs on the c1st floor balcony. That said great view of the fireworks and a great trip!

Great long weekend

Size and amenities were great. We enjoyed the location, it's fairly close to anything you want to do while being out of the fray of downtown. Uber was usually 7-10, a bit more Fri and Sat nights. There is a train you can hear but we slept with the small fan on for white noise with no issue. Loved the decks and the views

Beautiful place to stay. Is company that manages it not worth anything.

When we came to the property there We're deadbugs on the floor, and bed. There was only.One towel per person for a four night stay. The management company would not let us in one minute before our check in time. Even though the apartment was clearly empty overnight. The apartment itself was gorgeous , just as pictured beautiful views.

Property was walking distance from Broadway, but had nothing to eat/drink/shop within several blocks. The place itself was clean, neat, large, had nice view and was well equipped except for TV. TV access did not include local network channels. We were not able to watch the World Series because it did not get FOX!

First impression: awesome After looking around a bit we noticed: mouse droppings in bedrooms, poor vacuuming, large yellow stains on comforter in lower bedroom. No top sheet put on either bed, large stain on couch, and stains on living room floor, outside balcony rug and floor dirty.

Property was excellent - Property Manager not so much

The unit was spotless and well appointed with high-end furnishings. Location was great - very walkable, close to Broadway, and 10 min drive to East Nashville. If you stay during summer months, there are several fans in the upstairs bedroom closet - you'll need them. The property is managed by VACASA. When I called to request more bath towels upon arrival (there were 2 towels provided for 3 guests on a 4-night stay) I was informed that VACASA policy allows for 1 towel per guest (they did not feel it was necessary to provide one to the 'minor' - who is 17 BTW) and could be laundered using the washer / dryer in our unit if we wanted fresh towels each morning. They did eventually drop off 3 more towels at 11PM after multiple calls, texts, and app chats expressing displeasure with their response.

CMA Fest Week/Niall Horan Concert

We loved everything except for the sheer curtains in the upstairs bedroom as they don’t block the sun and the room bakes with very tired kids. Please change the upstairs sheers to black-out curtains! Otherwise, perfect stay!

Great place to enjoy the city!

Overall the place was great and clean, and definitely comfortable. The views were also great and although the guest bedroom was a bit small, the bed was very comfortable. Checking in was frustrating as the codes to get in the property and the apartment didn’t work. We called and someone was able to help us gain access, but we had to wait over 30 mnts. The upstairs bedroom needs blinds or curtains for privacy, but the balconies were awesome.

We were overall pleased with the unit & the location, although there was a lot of construction in the area that entailed several inconvenient road closures. The accommodations were well appointed, well stocked with essentials, & reasonably clean. There a couple of things about the particular property that we were less than pleased about, namely that in the upstairs bedroom, the large double windows have insuffient blinds for blocking out light, which was a problem both late at night & early in the morning—at night because the adjoining units left their outside lights on, & in the morning, the sunlight streamed in the moment the sun came up, making it hard to sleep in.

Nice condo but lacking

For the money the amenities were poor. Only 2 dishwashing pods were given for a week’s stay. One small bar of soap in bathroom so moved from sink to tub. Upstairs bedroom was entirely taken up by bed - barely enough room to walk around it to the closet. There was threatening note about removing trash before we left. Also it would have been helpful to have info left about the closest restaurant (there are a couple) and grocery stores - there are none close by. Hidden fees made this very expensive for what we got.

Nashville girls weekend

We a little bit of an issue trying to figure out access to the parking garage but once we figured it out it was ok. The property was very clean and in a good location, only a short Uber ride to Broadway and the Nissan stadium.

Nashville Trip

This condo is within easy walking distance to Music Row! Easy access to parking and the unit with the provided access code. Parking area was large and secure. Everything within the unit was as described and easy to use.
