The home was so cozy and relaxing. It was a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed. Roku TV, games and books to read. The home was clean and inviting. 10 out 10 would recommend.

Cute little house in a beautiful location. Our kids thought it felt homie which is great when on a trip. Close walk to downtown and the Factory, must go for food and coffee. Host was very responsive and kind. Dishes were great and truly appreciated the nice stainless steel pan for eggs each morning lol

Perfect little cottage for 2-4 people to enjoy Franklin and Brentwood areas. Natalie is an excellent host and the cottage is super clean, perfectly stocked for a great stay. We will definitely be staying here again!

Such a lovely cottage with our needs kindly looked after. Natalie was easy to communicate with and we loved staying here. It is across the street from The Factory, so shopping and meals were easy to access. Lovely view of the Hillendale Farm pastures from the Living Room

The cottage was immaculate. When I had a question is was answered promptly. My daughter and I absolutely loved it and will be booking again!Also so many quaint restaurants within a couple of miles and a perfect place to take pictures!

Cute farmhouse stay!

Easy to access, nice and quiet area but close to it all. We were lucky enough to have a rodeo at the park within walking distance. Enjoyed walking to nearby The Factory and short drive to downtown. Loved the coffee house at second and bridge, short drive to Natchez scenic drive and more. Farmhouse was clean, well equipped and a great stay for our family of four.

A cute, comfy getaway spot!

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. It’s in walking distance from the Factory with good coffee and breakfast spots. It was more than enough room for the 2 of us with a nice kitchen for cooking at home if you want to stay in for the night. Natalie was a great host! She was always friendly and quick to respond to any of our questions!!

Perfect cottage in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. The house was clean and very well stocked with all we needed for a weekend stay. It is located on a quiet street but only a short walk to the Factory where there are restaurants galore along with ice cream a bakery and other fun shopping options. Loved it and would stay again!

One night stay

Natalie’s place is terrific located just outside downtown Franklin it is in a great location and the house is well maintained and has everything you might need. Our family of 5 has stayed twice on our way back from Florida for spring break and we will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity. Check out the food hall down the block if you get the chance it is great with many options!
