Overall this was a great place for us… we had about 13 people in our extended family stay. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, could have used a few more serving dishes and some dish rags. The dining room needs a fresh coat of paint and there were some pieces of tape on the walls which I assume were from previous guests hanging up decorations. These are minor details but when you are paying thousands to stay somewhere - there should be attention to details! The location was really good - close to a good children’s museum and a nice park. Also close to some neat shops and not a far drive from Opryland. We would absolutely stay here again!

The kitchen was equipped for our purposes. Needed an extra roll of paper towels in the kitchen. The bathrooms had no hooks or towel rods, totally bizarre not to have any place to hang towels across multiple bathrooms. Loved the dining room table (although the dining room needs a paint job). Really a great house for reunions and friends’ meet ups. Great location, about a 15 minute walk to Vanderbilt campus.

This place is in an awesome location and had plenty of space for our large party. We were a 5-10 min Uber/Lyft from all the big stuff downtown. 20-25 minutes from the Opry. Communication was great before check-in. It could use a little deep clean in certain areas but overall that didn't take away from our stay. It was well stocked and everyone in our party had a great time staying here, we would definitely stay again.

The neighborhood was quiet, location was ideal, and plenty of space. This was a family vacation with 3 generations. The room downstairs was ideal for my 80 year old in-laws. The third floor has a nice size family room space which came in handy when we came home after a night on Broadway. We were able to keep the first floor quiet while continuing to visit with the tipsy adults who weren’t ready to end the night :)

Had a group of 9 friends getting together - all in our 60s. House was really, really nice. Bedrooms all very nice, with bathrooms. Modern kitchen and dining room and big living room next to kitchen with plenty of couches. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Easy walk/quick drive to Music Gulch, downtown areas. One of the better VRBO experiences any of us have had.

Great places to stay for a large family gathering! The location was ideal since we could walk downtown or grab a quick rideshare when we needed one. The kitchen made entertaining our large group easy and fun, there's even a hob for wok cooking. We appreciated how responsive the hosts were to our maintenance request, a smoke detector started chirping the first night and they quickly tried to resolve it which shows they care about their quest experience. (Even though they couldn't fix it for us we appreciated the quick response.) Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and we'd happily come back here again or suggest it to anyone looking for a convenient home base to downtown.

Perfect House for a Big Group

Had 9 adults stay at this property. Location is great…a welcomed quiet spot after days / nights on Broadway. Walking distance to Gulch and Ubers in minutes. Nice to have individual bedrooms for such a large group. Communication was smooth and efficient.

Frank’s 70th birthday

What a wonderful house! The rooms and sleeping arrangements and location were perfect. We had one little issue but Frank and his nephew came over to fix it. Everyone in the group loved it, we would definitely rent again if we come back.

Our overall experience was enjoyable! This property is very spacious with lots of amenities. Great location!! The kitchen lacked basic essentials for customers like us who cooked many group meals. Missing items included paper towels, drying towels, and simple kitchen necessities—pot holders, complete set of teaspoons, glass measuring cups, pyrex 9’ x 11” glass baking dishes. The WIFI information needs to be updated on the Home Instruction Sheet. Our major complaint was the greasy, rusted BBQ grates with minimal propane. One week prior to our arrival, we emailed the owner to make sure the BBQ was in working order. The BBQ was in very poor condition. Upon notifying Frank, the owner of the property, of the kitchen deficiencies, he immediately attended to the problem(s). Frank responded quickly to texts and is very easy to communicate with. Frank is aware of our concern relating to the BBQ and WIFI and is in the process of correcting the issues.

Host was super responsive when we needed anything. Very nice property. Suggestions for the host:1. We cooked several meals during our stay. Could only find one oven mitt and only one towel for drying dishes. 2. None of the bathrooms had any kind of hooks or towel bars to hang wet towels.

Enjoyable Stay

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. There are a few things that would make this better. First, small details in the kitchen are missing. There were no paper towels, just napkins, no dry towels, and the kitchen lacked some basic kitchen equipment like bake sheets. Those updates would make the kitchen a much better place to cook.

We really enjoyed this property! The pictures do not do the property justice. Things we really liked: * 7 bedrooms with beds (6 with their own bathroom) * 8th bedrooom is the 3rd floor living space * 2 living paces gave people the opportunity to spread out. * plenty of seating for meals * location is walkable to many cool places * beds are comfy; bathrooms plenty of towels & hot water Things we had to address once there: * Grill was missing propane, owner addressed * no dishwasher cleaner Recommendations * windows could use a good cleaning * clean out extras in the kitchen and provide space for renters food items. * instructions for the TV We had a great time and really enjoyed being all together!

The best "home" in Music City!

Right from when we made the booking (4 months in advance) till our check-out departure, Frank has been the most helpful host. He always took time to answer all our questions about the house as well as the neighborhood. The house is very well designed with bedrooms for at least 6-7 couples all with attached bathrooms. The kitchen is very well-stocked with pots, pans and basic cooking spices. The two gathering places: one on the main floor and one on the 3rd floor were perfect for our groups to hang out and continue the party that is Nashville. The large dinner table helped create many memories for our group of friends. The location of the house is priceless as its walking distance to many cool areas in music city- super close to award winning restaurants! Definitely one of the best value stays for large groups in Nashville. Special thanks to Frank and his team for making our stay so comfortable and always looking out for ways to improve.
