Very clean loved it, perfect for us 3 it had everything you need to cook too. Amenities such as the pool and washing areas were useful., just keep in mind to keep windows close it is humid in tenessee somwthing i didnt know. Just as reference there is a close market publix with parking close by.

Great stay!

We had a lovely weekend in Nashville visiting with friends and hearing live music! This apartment was the perfect getaway for us. Walkable to broadway and far enough away from the bustle at the same time. Our host was quick to communicate when we messaged. Check in was easy. Everything was very clean. The pull out couch was a little finicky but overall worked just fine! Cozy and cute decor - a little home away from home! Would definitely stay again!

Property was clean. Amenities were as described. 4 stars is because the heat didn't work on the first night and it was cold and uncomfortable. The blankets on the bed were thin and there weren't any additional blankets to add to the bed

By Broadway… hmm

While it is about a mile from Broadway we didn’t walk as near lots of construction, and didn’t feel it was safe to do so at night. The condo was clean, and perfect if you have a pet. But, it definitely needs some revamping in the bathroom. The living room view of the river was lovely.

This was perfect for our stay! It was clean and comfortable, and our host had exceptional communication. We were within walking distance to the sights on Broadway, yet far enough away that it was quiet. I would stay here again!

Moldy and it’s next to a continuous train station that runs every half hour. Noisy

This condo has mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and on the floor by the tub were dirty. The window view from kitchen looks directly into the parking lot. The deck was filthy, bird poop and cobwebs. The entire place smelled like mold. No hair dryer/ which was advertised. Trains ran every half hour very loud. The pool is located about a 1/4 mile walk through the dirty parking lot. Uncomfortable beds too. I would not recommend this place to a dog. And I did take pictures of before and after to protect myself from any one who might think I am not truthful.

Good overall

Arrival & departure super easy. Place was clean, except for a few spots in the bathroom, not a dealbreaker, but it could probably stand for a paint job (especially the ceiling) and touch up the painted tiles which are chipping, and give a good scrub to the corners, etc. The balcony was dirty & covered in cobwebs (I like to have my morning coffee outside, so this was important to me). The surrounding area does not offer much. Yes, you can walk to stuff (about 25 min minimum), but the immediate neighborhood looks like it will still be several years until it’s built up. Very industrial, with railroad tracks, a cargo train/bridge passing by regularly and large industrial containers sitting on the river . We never did find the pool, the space would have benefitted from a binder with instructions for stuff like that, not just texts within the app, which I found cumbersome. That said, the owner was responsive, and we appreciated the space itself, the coffee, the games.

Overnight in Nashville to take in Broadway

We loved our stay in Nashville! It was an easy walk along the River greenway to get to Broadway ( and we did some scooter riding for fun). After returning for the evening we lounged in the very nice pool. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the decor offered fun and elegant touches.

Should've been cleaner

The floors were dirty. The bathroom shower had mold in it and there were damaged tiles. There was dirty silverware in the drawer. The beds were clean and overall the space served our purpose and was tolerable. I recommend getting a better cleaning service. It's a great location and the covered parking is a bonus.

Great condo

This condo was a great stay. It was exceptionally clean and had a great view of the river. The pool was fun for the kids. It was close enough to all the action in Nashville but far enough away that it was quiet. The property manager was absolutely wonderful to work with, very quick in her responses to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was cute, nice decorations, I would like to see the tiles in the bathroom floor repaired. But good stay and good distance to Nashville downtown area. Thanks for the stay!

Disappointed

Communication with the property manager was timely. However upon arrival a heavy smell of pinesol was in the air. It was overwhelming . The floors and corners were dusty and dirty. One of the mattresses was totally sinking in the center. Two of us stayed and basically used it to shower and sleep.( 3 night stay) After an unexpected 11 hour drive home today, I received an email from property manager accusing us of having a pet in the room and charging us $75. When the place was dust covered and dirty when we arrived. We had no pets in the place nor do we own pets. My friend told me not to say anything about how dirty it was but to arrive home and read this email accusing me of pets and pet hair.. I was livid. I would not recommend staying here. Very disappointed

Close to everything

Pluses: The unit was comfortable for two people. Complex was quiet - i.e. no parties. Place was close to everything in downtown - within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Easy access to freeways if going away from town. Nice river view - small balcony was nice to sit at & have coffee in the morning. Livingroom furniture was comfy. Kitchen well stocked with dishes/pots/pans/utensils. Bathroom stocked with enough towels/shampoo/conditioner/soap/hair dryer. Great water pressure! A/C worked really well. Bed was comfortable, but probably could use a flip. Has a Roku TV in the living room with lots of viewing options. Minuses: There is a freight train track very closeby that runs on the tressel shown in some of pictures. Trains running day & night. No trains ran on tracks in the front of the complex - at least I didn't notice any. Walls are thin - we could hear everything in the condo above (walking, shower, toilet flush). It might be a vacation rental as well as we were there 5 days, but we only heard noise from above over Sat, Sun & early Mon. All in all, we were content with the place & had a nice visit in Nashville.

Nice Riverview Condo

Furnishings great, comfortable beds. Very walkable to city. A few things: for the $ bathroom could use hooks and more towel bars. Porch could use a screen door. Dusty in corner of floors. Overall good stay!

Hot Chocolate Run & Girls Trip

The property is in an excellent location within walking distance to Broadway. It is clean and just enough room for 3 adults. It has a really nice view of the river. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Extended Christmas Celebration

My wife and I had to split Christmas this year with our two daughters and their husbands. Our youngest lives in Nashville and 736 Riverfront was the perfect setting for a post-Christmas, Christmas celebration. The living room gave us ample space for unwrapping presents and the electric fireplace was a smash with everyone providing comfort from the cold Nashville weather as well as a warm glow from the faux rocks and flames! The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was extremely comfortable. The property delivered big and we would stay there again!
