This is premium location. We felt safe and it was very easy to get to and from there. It was great to use Lyft from there. Average ride was under 10. The room was very clean and just what we needed. This was ideal for our 3 ladies, girl trip!

Convenient to lower broadway, Nissan stadium, & the airport. We always found street parking right in front of the building or directly across the street. The highway noise at night is definitely noticeable, I took advantage of the earplugs provided by the hosts & didn’t have any trouble sleeping. Without them though would’ve been a different story. Overall, perfect for our extended weekend visit to one of our favorite cities.

The place was very nice. Very clean. We had an issue with the coffee pot but that was taken care of within a few hours. The only negative is the noise from the highway but the sound machine on the alarm clock did help with that.

The room was great only thing that I had a problem with was the code I received was for the front door to get in the building, no other code was sent to me so we had to call and go through 3 different codes to get into our room.

Perfect spot for Graduation weekend!

We loved the convenience and style of this little place. It comfortably slept 4 adults and had room for us to watch TV together and kitchen was also well equiped for our needs. Parking on the street was not a problem. I was worried about not being able to find a spot but there were plenty. There is some highway noise but didn't keep us from enjoying our stay or sleeping. I would book again.

Awesome Friends Getaway

Excellent location for a weekend Friends getaway to Nashville. This entire building is up to date and modern. This unit is amazing, perfect for 3 friends. You would not walk to downtown, but a rideshare is less than $10 almost always, so no issue. Check in process and use of building was VERY easy.

Girls trip

The building was in a great location, able to walk to Broadway. All furnishings looked new and the space was clean. My only issue is the units bedroom faces the highway and it was very noisy at night despite sound machine. We were woken uo several times throughout the night each night we were there.

Nice modern building & apartment, Location is good in general.. everything works However it gets a lot of traffic noise from the I-40 that's close, by.. .. at night that's not so great.. Earplugs and white noise machine provided do help a little

We were given the wrong access code to get into the building and our unit and the women we talked to at customer service was not helpful. The directions noted on how to use the key pad were incorrect and told you to press buttons that weren’t even listed on the keypad. Finally we were able to get into the building but then the code didn’t work to get into the unit. Called customer service again and the man we spoke with was helpful and noted that the code we were given was incorrect and he gave us the correct one. The other annoying factor was that there wasn’t enough toilet paper for our stay and we were given one 1 garbage bag and expected to take care of the rest on our own

Don’t waste your time

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The only positive was that I got a full refund. When I arrived, I took my shoes off and noticed the floors were dirty. I decided to overlook it, then I sat on the couch and it was so uncomfortable, turns out it was broken and held up by a cinder block (they had a blanket covering it). I was only in the room for about 30 minutes as I had to leave for a concert. When I got back from the concert, I was in shock!!! The ENTIRE KITCHEN WAS COVERED IN ANTS!! I’m talking hundreds of ants! All over our bags, groceries, etc. I could have overlooked a couple of ants but this was something I have never seen before!! I then noticed what I thought was a spill by the window was ant spray, there was ant bait under the dishwasher, and remnants of ant spray all over the unit. There was obviously a problem they were trying to cover up. I was on the phone until about 4am with zero help. The next morning, I got somebody on the phone. They had to send somebody out to assess the situation before I could get a refund. The person that came out said they spray for preventative reasons, but this was not preventative.. this was covering up a serious problem. I think they should have told me the unit was not able to be rented this weekend as this place is not okay for anybody to stay.. unless you want to spend a lot of money to be covered in ants and breathing in poison. Save your time, don’t book this place!

MUSE Stay

This was a great place to stay for the weekend with family. It was very clean and with brand new interior, plenty of supplies, strong AC and awesome athletic facility. Located close to downtown, it’s only a quick ride to downtown and anything else you may need. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Mother/daughter Nashville weekend

Muse was very nice. Building feels safe and secure. The unit was very clean upon entry and nicely furnished to meet all the needs. Location is convenient to activities, but out of the way of the crowds. We never had any issues with street parking - always able to find something in front of the building, and we were in and out at various times of day and night. As mentioned in other reviews, the road noise is constant, so not a bad idea to bring ear plugs if you like it quiet when you sleep. I definitely recommend the Muse for a Nashville stay!

Overall good but...

The property is beautiful and nicely decorated. Two things, though- the AC was not working and I was not able to get in touch with the host, and we paid for late check out but were not able to get back into the building even though it was before 2 pm. Fortunately we had cleared most of our things out of the apartment but we did leave behind an item that we'll now have to pay to have shipped to us. So, overall good but a few hiccups.
