Overall a good stay. It wasn’t super duper clean but definitely wasn’t gross. Some of the check in info gave the wrong information almost like it was a copy/ paste mistake. Getting around the apartment complex is a little tricky at first. Also a little disappointed they are so strict about not checking in early, especially with a 10am check out time. We also weren’t supplied with trash bags and dishwasher was very smelly. Location was nice and quiet but not too far from everything else. Again, overall it was a good stay just a few minor things.

Even better than the pictures

Most Vrbo’s look better in the picture, but this place was even better upon arrival. I loved that it could have qualified as two bedrooms, but it’s not advertised as such. 1 mile walk from Broadway, Ubered there for as little as 6. Also great parking options here, and that’s very hard to come by in Nashville.

Beautiful place! Place was not utilized the 3 nights prior to our stay and the management company still would not allow us to check in prior to 4pm.

Nice place, property management was confusing

Nice place - very clean. They had a coffee maker but do not supply coffee for the guests (weird though because they do supply other stuff such as laundry detergent, dish pods, bath products, etc). Check-in was a pain with the property management group. I called but they preferred texting so I then texted about an early check-in at 2p vs 4p. They immediately said no, and that check-in was promptly at 4p. At 4p, I still didn't have any details for check-in so texted again and had to wait for them to get back to me with the access codes and to send an email so we actually were unable to check-in until after 4p and went through such a hassle with it.

Beautiful place. Loved having 2 bedrooms as my husband snores. Furnished vey nicely. Has all you need. Balcony was great.

Not as close to things as others stated

Well day one: Couldn’t check in until 4 pm paid for the whole day. The door wouldn’t unlock took 1 hr sitting in the hall until someone came to fix the door problem. The place was clean nice that it had a washer and dryer. They even left us some tabs so we could do our laundry. It was a 30 min walk to center of town. Nothing close that most want to see. Checkout was at 10 am so they could clean up which we already did. We even did all our laundry to help, and they left us tabs to do it. Price wasn’t too long but been waiting for over 2 months for a refund on a day that we gave back. The walls are paper thin people running up and down the halls and above us kept us up a lot. The pool looked nice and didn’t have much on the TV. It was nice that others stayed logged in for a few days so we could use their streaming account. The beds were a pillowtop and the wife slept on the floor it was too soft for her.

Great vacation rental

The location of this rental is fantastic. Close to most of the tourist locations. The rental unit was clean and it was great to have 2 beds for our group of 3. The only thing is the flex room barn door is a bit of a hazard as it falls of the hinge and does not slide. A quick shave of the bottom of the door should help that. Other than that we had a great stay and would come back to this condo again!

What you see is what you get

Enjoyed our stay. Property looked exactly like pictures. Everything is locked and gated so you will need about 3 different codes - the host will email them to you. Don’t forget to check those - like I did. Host provided everything we needed for the needed for the week. I had to message them at midnight (bc I forgot to check the email for codes) and they responded to me immediately. Bring an extra blanket, there was only one there. And also bring coffee creamer if you use that. Negatives - walls are thin so you will hear the neighbors if they’re loud. Ice maker didn’t work - if that’s important to you.

We loved our stay. Location was convient. Apartment looked new. Very clean. Building secure. Pool was nice. Walls were a bit thin and could hear commotion from other apartments at time. But overall great stay
