Unfortunately, last evening and air conditioner in the facility caught on fire and the building was evacuated and we had multiple emergency equipment here. We were out of the facility for over two hours. After re-entering the Hotel, we were reassigned a different room because of water problems in the area we had checked in initially. I know they didn’t plan to have an air conditioner go bad but it was a pretty big inconvenience.

Cockroaches in our room. Requested new room which was filled with smoke. Midnight to 4am there were drunken idiots screaming, fighting and beating on doors. Called front desk and they said they can't do anything about them. Will not be returning.

I like the location, which is close to Nashville without be right downtown where traffic is horrendous. They have a shuttle bus that leaves every 30 minutes or so. My room had a beautiful view of the city, except the windows are dirty so that kind of subtracted from the view. Bed was extremely comfortable and room amenities are adequate.

Had to change rooms before bedtime; bathtub gurgled up lots of ick and I didn’t even use the shower. First room’s phone was also totally disconnected; Had to use my cell phone to call the front desk re: the bathtub ick. Second assigned room was very nice.

I love the memorabilia. Not cool? Breakfast buffet, selection providee was limited and over steamed. Server in the lounge filled with attitude because no food order and only 1 cocktail. My guest from Jersey was even taken back. Shuttle service is a very nice feature. There is only 1 usb connection and it is on the alarm radio clock. Not easy to find! Great bed! Price was good, have and will stay here again. Very peaceful!

It's a decent older hotel with free parking. They have a shuttle that operates every half hour.

The bathroom had many issues. Mold in the shower, showerhead wasn't attached to the wall and could see/move the pipe going into the wall, had a loose screw, toilet had fecal matter remaining in the water when we got there and wouldn't flush properly. TV was disconnected when we got there.

It’s a convenient location to downtown for the price. The shuttle into downtown was very convenient for us. Rest of experience was uneven however - some of the staff were friendly and some were borderline rude. We stayed for 2 nights and they didn’t clean our room which meant us walking down to front desk to get fresh towels (the shower was so powerful we had to use our towels to dry floor every time). The room was clean but felt worn out - carpet was pulling out near door and bed was in need of a new mattress.

The room was clean, lobby, location and restaurant great. Beds are fairly comfortable. Adjoining room made for very noisy night from attached room. Saw one cockroach in the bathroom, but he scurried back into the vent. Broken picture frame glass and needs updating but it was clean and therefore a decent affordable option near downtown. Shuttle service is great.

Bad- stay away and find something else
Stayed 4 days- house cleaning showed up zero times. Ran out of towels, toilet paper and even when we called for service no one showed up. Shuttle drivers are awesome and front desk was very nice. Restaurant closed during the day- bathrooms on main level out of service. They charge you for a fridge and/or microwave to be brought to your room. I used to love this hotel but it’s now terrible.

Upon checking in we were informed that there would be a $50.00 deposit each night. Of that $50.00 the hotel would be keeping $21.85 each night for "Hotel Fees". I didn't see this anywhere online. While I was frustrated about that, I thought oh well. Until I got to the room, which wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Further, housekeeping never came. I will not stay again and would recommend anyone coming to Nashville to stay elsewhere.

Disappointed
We stayed here the weekend before the pandemic closed down everything in March 2020. It needs updated and a thorough cleaning. Although I didn’t wake with a back ache, the beds are quite firm. They do not replenish towels or shampoo/conditioner and body wash. For 2 people for 4 nights and 5 days, we did not have enough. When asking housekeeping on the floor, they sent us to the front desk. Our stay was disappointing and we will search for another hotel on our next visit to Nashville.

People should have been made aware of cars being broken into. 3 cars in our 3 days make for an unsafe stay. We had to go to the front desk for bath towels no house keeping came to the room.my most upsetting when I checked in I was told they would put a $150 hold on my account I agreed with day 2 it jumped up to $240 hold i went to the front desk they said they would fix it. At day 3 it was up to $404 hold. I was irate when the manager said that she can not help. The hotel needs staff that can fix problems like this at all times.

Took MY MONEY & Bought A Plane Ticket To Fly Someone Else Out With MY MONEY! & Refuse To Refund Me!!! Would NOT Recommend Anyone To Stay Here! Toilet Didn’t Really Flush, Phone Did Not Work. Room Smell Like Cigarettes!!! But The Main Thing Is They Flew Someone Out On MY EXPENSES & Will NOT Refund My MONEY

have stayed here several times and this was the worst one our room in 5 night stay was never cleaned and we were out and avout town every day sightseeing, went down to the bar and the bartender didnt knowngow ti pour a beer?? yes lol true and when we checked out we were charged an additional facility fee?? for what facilitys as we paid for the room in the reservation and the staff at frint desk was rude to me when i asjed her about getting chance for the vending machine.. all in all a 2out of 5 stars and thats being generous

I would stay again
I have no complaints, room did not come with mini fridge or microwave. Coffee maker was poor but at least supplied. Overall a nice stay close to town.

Overcharged and awful customer service
This is my second time staying at this property. The first time was nothing like this time. I left PISSED off. When we checked in, the first room had a very intense mildew smell as soon as we opened the door. RM 223. There is no way that room was cleaned the same day and they thought it was suitable to place guests in that room. We went downstairs, the desk clerk wanted the manager to check it out first before switching us. We waited about 10 mins to which no one came. So we went back down and insisted we get the new room. Then although I prepaid for the room via hotels.com, minus the amenities hold, they charged my card 2 MORE TIMES. I caught the 1st overpayment the first night. The manager gave no explanation, barely looked up at me but said they’d fix it. The morning of our check out ANOTHER payment showed on my bank statement. The desk clerk told me they couldn’t help me and the manager wouldn’t be in until 12 noon. Check out is at 11 am. I have contacted corporate. Today being a holiday, I didn’t get anyone. The charges are still pending. I will have to contact them again tomorrow.
