This was my first time using Vrbo, the process was easy and the home was lovely, and conveniently located. Grocery store right across the street, restaurants close by. Found a massage/spa walking distance and had massages and facials. I will recommend this place to friends and family who are planning a trip to Nashville.

The condo was clean but small. Not enough towels and no dressers or tables in the bedrooms. We were forced to put things on the floor and live out of our suitcases.

We stayed in Mesmerize Melrose to go to a concert at the Bridgestone. The location was convenient to get a quick Uber. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The beds were both super comfortable!

The location was great! Having walkable restaurants and grocery store was a bonus. The ground floor unit was a bit noisy with street traffic and the upstairs guests; you can hear every step! Wish there were more cups for coffee and wine glasses. The towels are very small and there is only one provided per guest. I would suggest that more dishwasher pods be included depending on the length of stay. My guests and I were there for 4 nights - we needed twice as much in cleaning supplies. The bathrooms needed more attention to cleaning as well as the floor under the beds; noticeable dust and candy along the wall behind the head board.

Liked the location of the property. It was so close to everything, and the area was very quiet. It was nice having a store across the street and very convenient. Planning a girls trip soon and will definitely book this property.

This allowed us to have the best of both worlds when we visited Nashville. It is close to downtown so easy to get there, but also removed enough that it was quiet and pleasant. There are some quaint, smaller diners and restaurants within walking distance, which was lovely in the mornings. The beds were quite comfortable and bathrooms, just as represented online.

The location is NOT 5 min from Broadway as advertised. It is more than 2 miles with a lot of lights. Possibly, 10 to 15 min drive, but It is not walkable. Parking garages are your friend. Plugged toilet upon arrival, dog barking upstairs, $50 for air mattress but no sheets were provided so we did not use it (no refund provided), no water filter for Keurig coffee maker, lights blinked like a disco, we were short a towel, lights for overhead stove cooking were non-existent, and no book for reference (parking, trash, etc). While it is great for the person booking to have portal access, the others did not have that access so it is just problematic. We have all stayed in multiple VRBOs all over the country and never written a bad review. I suspect it is the management company Goodnight Stay that is the problem, so we will avoid them and ask a lot more questions moving forward. They requested video of the toilet not flushing, photos of the lights not working, the empty water filter for the coffee maker, what location the dog noise was coming from… I spent too much vacation time fixing their incompetence. I suspect you get the idea. Handyman that showed up eventually was pleasant and fixed the toilet and lights. Towel left at door were the corrections to the above.

Great spot to stay, however missing stuff like wine glasses, bath mat, dish (tea) towel(s). Generic door entry instructions are incomplete and took quite a while to figure out the missing info to get into the rental unit. Otherwise all good, 12th South neighbourhood nearby is interesting

Beds very comfortable , kitchen well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils - could have used more dishwasher detergent , bathrooms were clean . The couch has a tear in the back corner near the door and there is a sharp nail protruding that is not safe- was like that when we entered. Would recommend it -location close for Ubers -Hattie Bs on the corner and Mexican a couple blocks away and Publix across the street

Good morning. The property is beautiful and easy to find. We love the location by Publix. The checking process is a little complicated, and the system is not friendly. Five minutes to Broadway is not accurate, so if you want to be within walking distance of Broadway, this is not a location to stay at. Customer service is excellent. Thank you to CS, who helped us with the checking-in process. Overall, it is a lovely property, clean and easy to find. Thank you EBH

This is a cute apartment in a great location close to food, shopping and all sites you could want. It was super clean! What could have been better...No email/msg for the code to get in when promised. We stood outside at 10pm trying to get the door open (the modem needed reset). The wifi is great in the living room only. Since the router is in another apt, you will not get wifi in the bedrooms. The ceiling fans are off balance in both bedrooms and make noise all night along with the neighbors that stomp at all hours (college kids). Big sign on the air conditioning warning not to turn below 70 or it will freeze, we roasted at night. Never got the master bathroom lights to work, had to use the closet and wash room lights. We didn't hate it, but I can honestly say this vrbo was the worst part of our long weekend. With just a little care, this could be a great property.

It is a nice short walk to the stadium from the condo and very convenient to Publix and restaurants. Our only complaint was that our feet were black from walking around the condo. The floor was dark, but it was very dirty to cause this issue. The rest of the unit seemed very clean, but this issue was a little alarming.

The place was pretty nice and a great location as it was close to Publix and Hattie B’s, and a short Uber ride to Broadway. There are only a few things that would have made the stay perfect. There were only two stools at the island, which made two people have to stand or sit separate, minimal towels, and no salt/pepper except for decor. These were little things that would have made the stay better. The check in process was also a little confusing, as we were told we could not check in until 4 unless we purchased early check in, but got a text/email around 2 that said the place was ready. After trying to call/email the company to confirm if this was true, we did not get an answer.
