Great house!

What a great house! Spacious with lots of room and beautiful just like the photos. Short car ride to downtown and close to everything. The hosts were great and they responded to any of our questions or requests very quickly. Highly recommend staying here!

Very nicely designed and decorated. Having the main entry way halfway between living room floor and the main bedroom floor minimizes the stair climbing for house with 3 floors.There actually is a two car garage available to park at the bottom floor but would mean walking up a bunch of stairs. The street parking worked fine and felt safe.Location is on the east side of Nashville offered plenty to see (e.g., Shelby park, restaurants, etc.) and can still get to the busy west side if you want.

The photos online are beautiful, but it is even better in person! This place exceeded our expectations. We had no complaints whatsoever. We used Lyft for our transportation. Very easy and quick. Ordered groceries online to be delivered through Instacart. Process went so smoothly. If we return to Nashville, this home will be at the top of our list!

Great place overall. Very clean and exactly as in the pictures. Would recommend staying here. Only issues were that it was a little further from Broadway than we hoped and the bedroom in the basement only had single beds which is tough for adults. They could have used the pullout bed but those beds are rarely comfortable. Overall great experience

It was a lovely place to stay, the kitchen truly was well equipped with everything you would need. Everything is so clearly labeled and organized. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this for a close nearby stay to downtown Nashville.

Great house in East Nashville - quick Uber ride to Lower Broadway

Great house for 3 couples - we all had our own bathrooms and the house was immaculate. Hosts were quick to respond when we had any questions. High recommend and would definitely book again!

Perfect Place to Stay in East Nashville

We had a fabulous stay at this East Nashville VRBO with our group of six women. The house was beautifully maintained, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtful and plentiful—soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, kitchen staples, and more. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, and the alarm system added a sense of security. While we didn’t use the garage, it was a great bonus. The location was perfect—just a quick Uber/Lyft to downtown and walking distance to cute shops, great restaurants, popular bars, and convenience stores. Communication with the owner was fast and efficient, and their online property guide was detailed and extremely helpful. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great family getaway

Had a great long weekend with the family at this location, including a wedding and a concert. The property is so comfortable and well maintained… so easy to relax!! It’s also exceptionally well appointed… all the details down to fresh roasted coffee beans from a local coffee house waiting for you to bring and use in the morning! Super great experience!

Long Weekend in Nashville for Music and Entertainment

This beautiful home was conveniently located to the airport and all of the Downtown activities we had planned including the Saturday night at the Grand Ole Opry. It had all the amenities we needed in a gorgeous new construction home. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful and Convenient

We booked this last minute and the hosts were very accommodating. Traveling with someone with special needs and needing “a room” last minute can be near impossible but this worked out perfectly.
