Nice place

It was a good place. Not great for walking at night if you’re a female but Ubers to the action were cheap enough. I am not sure if it was just the weekend we were there or every weekend but it seems to be a party spot. Lots of folks at the pool. Good energy.

The Hyve property itself was lovely. The kitchen and open living area were nicely decorated and well equipped. The bedding and bathroom linens were a nice quality. This apartment on the second floor is adjacent to the pool - great for access, but draperies had to be closed for privacy as everyone walks by the windows. The nearby train noise from the railroad is to be considered. While the neighborhood is updating, this is not the area for an afternoon or evening stroll.

The condo itself was nice! However, it was warm & thermostat is not to go below 72. The pool was great, but the patio furniture is not well maintained. To advertise it as walkable, was very misleading. Multiple uber drivers said we were one block from one on the worst streets in Nashville & not to walk that block. Disappointed to pay 1000 more and still have to use Ubers,

Grownup Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Nashville! Had a little bit of a hiccup when we first got here with the door lock codes not loading to let us in through the Latch system, but customer service was able to help us out and to get everything taken care of. The condo was exactly as described online. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and everything was nice and clean. Some people have commented about the trains and how it was too loud, but I was barely able to notice them at all. If you’re a lighter sleeper, it may bother you a bit but a sound machine, or a sound app on your phone, is more than enough to drown out what little noise does make it inside. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect for our group of 6. Short walk to downtown. The only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect would be better water pressure in the shower. Aside from that it was awesome!

Weekend get away for a concert

Here’s a polished review based on your notes:---The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay, but it would have been helpful to have more details in the listing about the surrounding area—such as nearby restaurants, attractions, or amenities. Clearer instructions on parking and how to use the Latch keyless entry system would also improve the check-in experience. Overall, a good stay with a few small areas for improvement.

Great Apartment, walking distance to the Gulch and Broadway

The apartment we stayed in was nice and had everything we needed while we were there. The luggage holding before we could enter the rental was a nice feature since we all arrived before the 4pm check in. Communication between the rental company was easy and they answered any questions I had in a timely manner. There were some issues with the Latch app. We could not get into the lobby for checking in our luggage with the app. It doesn’t work until the check in time. Other than that we were extremely happy with the location, staff and features. I would recommend staying here.

Our stay at the Hyve, Nashville

The condo itself was great, very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were very responsive to all communications. It is conveniently located in order to get to Broadway by a short walk or Uber although there are several homeless encampments around the corner from the condo complex we had to walk through. We had a few issues while we were there. Our upstairs neighbors were very noisy in the wee hours and we had no recourse. In addition, the train runs right outside and was very noisy throughout the night.The water pressure is poor in the showers and we weren’t provided a remedy for that.

Just right

Our accommodations were just right for pur purposes. We weren’t spending a lot of time in our room we were here to see Nashville. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the closet space plentiful and the bathrooms big and well lit. The Latch system is ok. It does have a bit of a leaning curve in my opinion. The front desk worker Lawrence was kind and helpful. The Security staff was on duty and friendly. There are train tracks right close by that do run all day/night. It wasn’t bothersome but it could be loud. The outdoor area looked very nice for use during the warmer months. Thank you for a nice stay.
