Very reasonably priced and walking distance to Broadway! The 4 bedrooms made it easy for our whole group to stay together. Broadway was a 10-15min flat walk. It was a little annoying to have to register twice. Once with VRBO and once with GoodNight. The Latch app was a little bit of a pain to get shared with the group but was really easy after we got everything all set up. All in all a great place to stay!

Great apartment! The location is very convenient, just a quick 5-minute Uber to Broadway. There is a homeless shelter nearby, but it wasn’t really an issue and didn’t affect our stay, though I wouldn’t recommend walking alone at night in that area.One downside is that only one mediocre towel per person was provided for the entire stay, and the beds were quite squeaky.Overall, it’s still a great spot for enjoying the city.

The organization was very poor. I was offered early check in for a fee, then when I tried to purchase it was told my request was declined. Assuming we couldn't get into the building early, we took our luggage to a nearby restaurant to wait. It wasn't until an hour before check in that they told me we could use the pool and store our luggage if needed. Overall very poor communication. For the cost of the place, you'd expect a few basics in the apartment. No dish soap, even though they expect you to clean the dishes before you leave. No recycling bin, but you have to take it down to the parking garage before you leave. No extra towels for the pool. Only 1 sample size shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom, not nearly enough for 10 people over 4 days.Despite charging a cleaning fee, they had very strict instructions that we must clean the place before check out, and threats of addition fees if it wasn't up to their standards. The apartment itself was fine. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds. But not worth it, given the host company is just trying to charge you for as much as they can without providing much in return.

Nash/ACDC trip

overall it was a great place to stay. very clean, pool was awesome, great amenities! the beds however need updating! the mattresses were like sleeping on a blowup air mattress, you just rolled to the middle! the neighborhood is a little to be desired. it was great that we could rent it for one more night after our trip was delayed by weather.

I really enjoyed being able to use an app to open all of the doors. Much easier than having to carry an extra key around. The place was very spacious and had very cool decor. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.

Great vibe and amenities

Beautiful condo. Reasonable walk to Broadway. Homeless shelter behind property but it wasn’t a problem. Train behind property but wasn’t an issue for us! We had such a good time. Great amenities!! Two of the bedrooms mattresses were well worn, sunken hole in the middle !

Mom/daughter trip

The condo was super cute with adequate space. 1 mile from Broadway. Ok to walk during the day but not at night for safety reasons. We really enjoyed our stay! Pool is a little small but nice. I’m sure it gets packed when it’s warm out so the chances of finding a lounge chair are probably slim.

New building in an up and coming area

Nice place about a15 minute walk to Broadway. The first 5 minutes of the walk can be a bit sketchy at night. Well decorated but needs more seating in the living room area. They make you use a key app that takes getting used to. There is also a separate app to check in and get house info that never worked for us. Be sure to read the full description before booking, they charge an extra damage fee that is Not refundable even if there is no damage. It seemed over the top when supplying a credit card and paying a premium for the condo. Parking in the garage is extremely limited and i wouldn't suggest street parking.

Communication was excellent, space was very clean, provided ample supplies and fit our needs (4 adult guys). The furniture comfort is low, freight train is very loud early in the morning and the homeless population are big turn offs. The freight train tracks blocks off the property from anything available, which isn't much but you have to walk through the homeless lining the streets. Watching out to not step in human feces is not something I would want my wife and 3 daughters to do on vacation. The unit itself as I said is very nice.

Bachelorette weekend

The property is a great place for a large group we had ten people and it never felt cramped. Great location. The person working at the front desk was so wonderful very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay at this location again

Art Pop girls weekend

Overall, the place was great. It was very clean and well kept. The shower in the hall bath had a very slow drain. Other than that - we were very pleased. The area is a bit questionable, but we felt very safe in the condo as well as walking to and from downtown.

Perfect for large group of women!

We were 7 women meeting up for a bachelorette party. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate. Beds were all very comfy (essential) and the place is spacious. Great location for walking to Broadway. Fun weekend and would def stay again.

Couples Trip to Nashville

We traveled with two other couples. Had plenty of room and was nice that each couple had their own bathroom. The property is as described, pictures and clean. Note While not included in the fees/description, there is a mandatory $99 damage waiver that I wasn't aware of until the day before we arrived. We arrived around noon, but weren't able to hold our bags at the front desk as the luggage room was full. However, a convenient restaurant across the street let us bring them in. As stated in other reviews, the building is located in a heavy populated homeless area, but we never felt unsafe. The building is next to a homeless center. again, never felt unsafe even walking back late at night as no one bothers you. It's convenient to Broadway and the gulch area. walk to Broadway is 15-18 minutes and 15 minute walk to gulch area. We ordered instacart (water, snacks, drinks) to be delivered at time of check in so we would have some things on hand which worked out great as there isn't any type of store walking distance. There are a couple nice coffee shops less than a 5 minute walk. You are close to the train tracks and do hear trains rumble through late at night, but they do not use their horn. We did however hear the dumpsters being cleaned out a couple of days at 5am at the homeless center, but would stay again.

40th Birthday

Great place! Excellent view and great decor! Check in was slightly confusing and the unit was pretty basic for amenities (no towels in kitchen, few utensils). Awesome location for walking to downtown but also quiet.
