Very nice room. Very clean. Their signage needs to be better. We had a hard time finding the office when we first arrived in the dark. There was NO mention on Expedia of the TONS of stairs. There is no way a handicap person could navigate the property. We, however DID really enjoy our stay.

We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel Nashville. The staff was very nice and it is a short walk to the Shops and places to dine. The balcony was a bonus since we are smokers we were able to sit on the balcony and smoke instead of going out to the parking area.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Most comfortable bed I've slept in at any hotel. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Hotel staff was very friendly. Pool area could use some updating but all around we had a great stay. Will definitely stay again!

This hotel was horrible...it was under construction and very noisy..I had to walk over a very unsafe Condition to even get in the entryway...lots of steps not good for people like me...the ceilings in our room had mold on it e everywhere...dirt and mold under fixtures in bathtub that i could immediately see when i got in tub for my bath!!Yuck!! Nothing there to cook with....But i do want to say the two girls that took care us was awesome 😎 Ash.. and Rebeca....

We are sorry you had a less than satisfactory stay. Yes we are under construction present day. Those conditions you are concerned about throughout the hotel and in every entryway, are part of the things we are working to improve. It has to start somewhere .If you needed cooking utensils , you were more than welcome to ask our front desk clerks. Ash and Rebekah are amazing! I’m super happy you were able to experience their wonderful customer service!Thank you for the feedback!

I left at 9:00 pm. Didn’t stay the night. A dog was barking in the next room non-stop. No front desk coverage to move me. I lost a lot of money. Guests should not be able to leave dogs alone in their rooms!

We are sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience. We do provide you with an emergency 24hr number for management. We are a pet friendly establishment, sorry for the inconvenience this brought you. I will say, we fully disclose our office hours and Emergency management numbers upon check-in. We give you a map and paper with all the written information.Had you been more aware of that, we definitely could have moved you at any time of night, as well as called the guest with the dog. I hope the response helped to inform you. Thank you for the feedback. Wish this stay could have been better.Communication with management via the emergency numbers provided would have helped remedy the situation you were in.

All in all, a very enjoyable stay. It’s easy to forgive outdated rooms when they’re as clean as these were. Pool and hot tub are nice too, although I’d recommend getting the roof of the pool house fixed before it caves in or something lol. Also, it would be nice if the front desk had a few common necessities available to purchase, like mini-packs of aspirin. But that’s just me being nitpicky, all in all a great place to stay and definitely our new go-to anytime we stay in Nashville.

I will however, voice your concerns up the chain of command. My dream would be to have a small area with store in the lobby , for the things you mentioned. I definitely will pass on concerns with pool roof too. We are happy to hear your room was satisfactory in cleanliness. Our housekeepers are committed to the cleanliness of the rooms. Old hotel with zero charm
What a dump! Place has not been renovated since the 50’s is appears. Bugs crawling on walls. No shower ammenities. Definitely will steer clear of here next time

We Are sorry your stay was less than satisfactory. The lady beetles that were in your room, will always be in the Brown County area. Some seasons they are worse than others. We do try to remedy the situation. However, it is a fruitless effort trying to eradicate all, they just keep returning. Our sincere apologies.Sorry for the inconvenience this caused on your stay. We hope your next visit to Brown County, at another hotel will provide you with the experience you desire.

Our room had clean sheets and bathrooms. The estate is outdated, rooms are a step back in time; 80s motel. Honestly for rate we paid it was perfect. We read reviews online and took the chance seeing reviews said it was clean.

The trash from the previous people was still in the room. Carpet in main room was filthy. Television in second bedroom didn't work. Only good thing about this place is the bed was completely.

Roomy, older suite.
My husband has knee issues. This hotel is not handicap friendly. Lots of steps and uneven walkways. The furniture is old and not comfortable in the living room. The bed was comfortable. The suite was very clean. There is lots of square footage which is great. It is located right downtown Nashville convenient for shopping.

While the suite is spacious and very clean, the property is old and warn out. Furniture is dated and not comfortable. I do like the kitchenette feature and two separate bathrooms. Needs some updates

Great Location
First time staying here - we loved the size & the 2 bathrooms! Could certainly use a few updates, but the location is fantastic. Staff was very nice & helpful. We would book here again for our girls trip!

The pool area had a lot of mold on the walls. The bathtub in the room had not been cleaned, it had long black hair in it and in the drain. There was mold on the wall in the other bathroom above the shower. One bedroom was chilly, and we had asked for a blanket, and was told housekeeping was closed and they didn't have any more. They were able to let us check in early though which was nice.

The room was very spacious and nice amenities. The pool was fun. The staff was very nice. The things that need improvement is parking. If rooms have assigned parking it needs to be better enforced. There needs to be ramps to the main streeet put in to help with people that have problems with stairs and those with strollers.

The parking situation truthfully needs to be like most hotels, without assigned spaces and with added space for handicapped. I will do my best to pass this onto the people that it needs to be addressed with. I’m happy to hear our staff did well and you enjoyed the spacious rooms.

My partner and I stayed at this property for a friend's wedding, and we fell in love with it! The property is definitely a little dated, but it was clean, cozy, and incredibly charming. Our room was super spacious and felt like a two-bedroom apartment. We were able to walk to local restaurants and businesses with ease, and talked about booking our next trip in the area for the spring in the car after we checked out. I would definitely recommend staying here!
