This was a beautiful and clean hotel. It was quiet and the beds weee so comfortable. Easy check in and parking. The staff kept the rooms so clean. Breakfast and dinner available at the hotel. Beautiful area and shopping and good restaurants near by. We would definitely stay there again.

Really loved the food and the main lobby and dining areas are very nice, clean, and modern. It looks like these areas have been updated and renovated. However, the rooms are a bit rough and could use some updating. The AC, lights, and shower made weird noises, and the rugs and furniture had some wear and tear. I definitely expected a better look given what the main lobby and dining areas look like. There was also pretty low water pressure in the bathroom sink, and the entertainnent options are pretty limited with just a few channels and no streaming services.

The campus, rooms and restaurant were all good. Friendly staff but tucked away by the freeway with no services to walk to.

Second time here. Everything went smoothly from check-in to quality of room to dining to check-out. I only wish the fitness room was a little more robust. Otherwise, a second perfect stay.

Excellent hotel, extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and well trained. My only complaint was the surprise $10 parking fee. I the property has a very spacious parking lot having this little extra fee sprung on me after spending almost $300 a night seemed very petty

Safe location. Uber/Lyft to central Nashville ran about $10-30 depending on demand each way. Safe location. Great neighborhoods surrounding. Beautiful hotel, great rooms. Had a Murphy bed and king, in our room. Very comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.

It was a nice stay, but considering it’s not in a downtown area I think it’s silly they charge a parking fee.

Thanks for the feedback Jennifer. Parking charges are popping up at airport hotels and suburban hotels more and more. We have several in Brentwood that now charge it. Thanks again and glad you had a nice stay.

Last minute, completely satisfied!
Walking into this last minute for us hotel was honestly a breath of fresh air. It took me some time to find a hotel available last with a pool AND a hot tub- an amenity I prefer overall- and they both were nice. Breakfast was amazing, priced pretty well in my opinion for travel food, the waitress that morning served me and my family of 6 single handedly among about 15-20 other customers. She did wonderful, I hope she sees this! You were stretched thin girl -but you were absolutely wonderful and we appreciated you. The lobby was absolutely beautiful. The room we received was so spacious, for the price we paid and in comparison to our other stays elsewhere we were absolutely in love with this room with the pull out couch and king bed. The bathroom is goals for a hotel!! We will recommend this hotel, and most likely will be back for a random visit to Nashville and we will be staying here for sure!

It was a pretty good stay for an overnight trip for my b-day. The front desk lady tried not to honor my reward discount but the manager was able to override her.

Very nice hotel but won’t stay again and won’t recommend, because they now charge for parking. Have stayed there many times in the past and never had to pay to park. Now they charge. This isn’t a downtown hotel with limited parking spaces, it’s out in the suburbs, with plenty of available parking. Besides, I refuse to stay at any hotel that charges for parking. It’s just an easy money grab because the traveler has no option.

Thanks for the feedback John. Yes, we do charge for parking as does three other hotels in our neighborhood. It is not a money grab as much as it is a cost recovery to help offset expenses for the hotel. I believe it is becoming more prominent in our area and especially around Nashville.
