We LOVED our stay at Lyric, and had the most relaxing and wonderful time! The home was spotless, extremely comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location and outdoor space was perfect! Megan is an exceptional host - providing us with all the information we needed in advance! Highly recommend Lyric!! :-)

Work trip with 5 coworkers, plenty of space the home was amazing! One of the prettiest homes I’ve stayed in! Wish we could have stayed all week! Fire pit was great! Kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to spend quality time together in between training. Cute town perfect for getaway of any kind! Thank you! We will definitely be back!!!

We really enjoyed the property! Its a quiet place, but close enough to enjoy Franklin, Liepers For, etc. The owners were great and made the stay easy!

We had a beautiful warm fall weekend to celebrate a birthday 5 minutes from downtown Lieper's Fork and 20 minutes to downtown Franklin. Kitchen was great - well stocked with all the essentials - and plenty of space to prepare meals. We had dinner for 10 comfortably at the big table in the kitchen. The king beds in the 3 bedrooms were great - the pullouts in the family / play room and the small porch, not so much. We needed both pullouts and one of them was not made and the other needed to have sheets washed and changed before we could use. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening - bought firewood at the gas station Market down the hill - and enjoyed the s'mores the owner left for us in the kitchen. The owner checked in regularly and was responsive when we needed maintenance at the house.

We were in Franklin for my son's wedding. Leipers Fork is a hidden gem. The house is beautiful, there was plenty of room for everyone, and the back porch was wonderful. They think of everything when it comes to staying at Lyric. Thank you!

Check In was fast and accurate, Megan was very responsive to my emails and questions. The place is very rural sits off the road, 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, Fox & Locke in Leipers Fork about 6 minutes away was an awesome place to go if you love LIVE music and great musicians, it actually made our stay there worth it! Only issue was we lost power while I was taking shower and I couldn't rinse off completely, I called Megan and she was very responsive and stated this never happens and assured me that the power would be back on very quickly and it really was! With-in 10 minutes. This is the only reason I gave a 4 star rating, other-wise it would be a 5 star...It was super clean and I am OCD when it comes to cleanliness. Overall a very nice VRBO..Thank you Megan.

This house is huge and beautiful. There are so many areas to sit quietly or join in a big group. This home is secluded and equipped for lots of activities, games, fire pit, corn hole and more. The hosts are gracious and always available. The communication is great and the checkout is so easy. This home is immaculate.

6 adults and a toddler were very comfortable in this home. The space is well thought out and the hosts have thought of everything you might need. It was wonderful having an attached bathroom in each room, and king beds! Highly recommend this home for a secluded getaway.

The house was incredibly nice! The pictures dont do it justice. Location is secluded and relaxing, with the porch rocking chairs making it very easy to sit back and enjoy outside. Anything you needed was there and easily accessible. Even the things the owners can't control were awesome! Had multiple deer outside, a bear sighting down the road, turkeys surveying the fence line. If we come back to TN we will definitely be staying here again!

We walked into this beuutfiul and spacious home and realized it was more amazing and had more room than the pics showed. So many little nooks to hang out alone, or plenty of room to be with all or your family in our case. We were pleased that it was dog friendly and our dogs enjoyed running around the yard. You can tell that the owners put alot of time and energy into making this a great place for guests. We would stay there again. And Leapers fork is also amazing in the rolling hills of Tn. Micah Rooke

We enjoyed our time at this lovely home. Beautifully decorated and clean. Of all the rentals we’ve stayed in, Lyric was the most generously stocked with things a family might need or want. The extra touches were noticed and appreciated! It was cold and rainy during our visit, so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside space as much as we would have liked to. The house was the perfect size and layout for our family of 5 to spend time together and find quiet places for alone time when needed. Beds were comfy. Thanks for a great stay!

We absolutely loved Lyric at Leipers Fork! The house was so beautiful and welcoming and it had so many extra amenities we did not expect. Megan was such a gracious host. She was also great with communication. We highly recommend this property and will be returning again!

The house is great, very very clean. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and bedding were amazing. The house setting is so peaceful and quiet and the rocking chairs on the back deck are GREAT. We didn’t use the fire pit but it looks awesome too. Just an all around great property.

What a great time we three couples had each with our own room with king sized beds and complete bathroom. The decor was unique and the home was fully stocked with all amenities needed. Received frequent correspondence from the owner to make sure that all was well. Would highly recommend a stay... truly enjoyable.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful, clean and quiet. The location was not on the beaten path but still easy to access to/from Franklin and Nashville. The house was well stocked with all the necessities and then some! The hosts, Megan, was great to deal with and they have thought of all the little things to make the stay even better! Definitely will be booking this location again!!
