We had a great stay! The location was perfect! My young adult children LOVED being so close to all of the action on Broadway! We travelled there for a wedding and added a day to enjoy Nashville! We did not have a car as we flew in and decided to just use Uber or Lyft instead of a rental. I say that as parking a car around the place may be difficult. The room was clean and the trundle twin beds made it convenient and comfortable for our party of 5. I know other reviews mentioned the noise being an issue due to its location…but it just wasn’t a problem for us and you could barely hear anything. The room was full of ear plugs but we didn’t need them. It is loud outside with all the craziness so I was surprised how little we heard. Also Cal was very responsive to all of my questions prior to the trip…didn’t really need anything while we we were there.

We had a blast! It is perfectly located if you want to be in the center of things - and quite quiet for where it is. It is well equipped, clean and nice. Just a bit pricey.

Perfect location, great loft for a girls trip to Nashville.

Girls trip to Nashville was a huge success due to location and setup of this loft. We could go out on foot and had no need to uber. Went out and came back as needed without any inconvenience. Everything was incredibly close. Loft was clean and spacious. Thanks to Cal for being so gracious and communicative. Can’t wait to book this loft again!

If you want to be all in on the Broadway action, you can't beat this location. One caution: on weekends, if you intend to sleep before 3:30 a.m., you will want to bring noise-canceling headphones.

What a location - door on Broadway! Unit was clean and well stocked - plenty of towels and coffee pods for the five of us for our entire three days. Our few inquires were addressed very promptly. Couldn’t even hear Broadway! We’ll be back for sure! A+

Great Stay

This was an amazing place to stay while in Nashville, easy walk from anywhere. Went to a concert while there and even an easy walk to Nissan Stadium. The loft its self was clean and has laundry so for a 3 or 4 day stay you can pack light. The property manager gets back to you promptly and helped us find a place to hold our luggage until check in time.

The loft was gorgeous! Clean. Perfectly stocked. Comfy bed poor pillows. Broadway was fun! The tours of attractions also very good. Best of all was the MUSIC!!! From 10 am to 3 am. My issues: entry hall nasty! PARKING. having NO parking ruined our stay. I lugged 4 large bags FIVE blocks after searching over an hour for a place to park! Without a car all we could do is Broadway.

Great location. Made visiting Broadway so fun and easy. Even though it was close to all the action it was quiet in the VRBO. Communication was excellent and fast. No problems with check in, check out or expectations. Would stay here again on next trip to Nashville!!

Back in Nashville

After postponing due to pandemic, our return to Nashville was an amazing experience, largely because of our location. The property was everything it was described to be and the management was responsive to our needs. I don’t plan to stay anywhere else and am already starting to plan my next visit.

Comfortable and Convenient!!!

My wife and I arrived and were immediately impressed with the convenience of this home. There was a parking garage right behind it that we were able to park in that was only a minute or two of a walk to the home, which made it easy for carrying luggage to/from. The home was clean and set up perfectly for a comfortable stay with lots of room. For a smaller group, this place is no doubt the best. As you walk out of the building, you are immediately on Broadway, this helped reduce constant Uber-ing back and forth. I would highly recommend this place for a small family, group, or couple, maybe not for multiple couples due to only having one large bed/private bathroom. Planning to come back in a couple of weeks!

You can't beat this location! Right in the middle of all of the action on Broadway. The apartment was spacious enough for all six of us and the host was quick in responding to all inquiries. Would definitely recommend!
