Ideal home and location for our family visit! Our extended family is based in East Nashville, so location was a key factor for our booking. Some highlights we enjoyed during our stay- - Rooms were spacious and dark with blinds and dark drapes, one was perfect for our 2 year old to nap even mid day. Comfy beds too!- Both bathrooms had non-slip bath mats, a relief for a bath with a toddler who wanted to roll around that slippery tub!- Coffee bar was ready to go thank God! Nothing sucks worse than an arrival at a house and having to dash to get filters, etc. and this was not the case with our stay, the house was ready for a caffeinated morning start.- Fenced in backyard was nice with a great sitting area to watch him play - Nearby playgrounds with slides… again, running the wiggles out with the little one was easy- Walking distance to Dose coffee, Sho Pizza, the Mitchell Deli, Sabell’s, and a beer garden was perfect. The hosts were easy to work with, communicated check in/check out in advance and responsive… highly recommend!

It was a charming little craftsman. We loved the way it looked inside and out. It was nice and clean, as well as very spacious. The check-in and check-out procedures were well explained in the guide that was provided. A lot of info was in the guide to help us. The beds were comfortable and the master bath could hold a dance party. It was a wonderful place and I will consider it in the future while visiting family in Nashville. Thanks so much!!

Short visit in east nashville

Excellent hosts. This house was great. It was very clean and everything was labeled and had instructions. Neighborhood was revitalized. Great location and very quiet. We visited downtown and west side of Nashville and it was not far. Plenty of unique places to eat and shop around the neighborhood.

You can’t go wrong with staying here because it is perfectly close to the Grand ole Opry & Opry Mills and it’s a short ride if you decide to either park down by broadway or Uber.. We had 2 couples & we just loved our stay!! This home is beautiful. It’s perfectly comfortable with 2 really nice bedrooms!! The description for everything is accurate & all the instructions are really helpful. This is a good pick! We definitely recommend it.

The property was well located for both accessing nashville and the airport. The neighborhood was quiet and offered some level of walk ability. We walked to a few resturants that were close by, they were ok.

Lovely house in east Nashville

My sister and I stayed in this wonderful home located in a quiet neighborhood close to my niece's house for two nights. It's super cute, clean and stocked with all the essentials. The hosts are really nice and our communications were seamless. The check in and check out processes were easy and a manual was available for download that has all the information you'll need for your stay. This is my go to lodging for future stays in Nashville.

Long weekend escape

The property was just as described, good neighborhood, walking distance to a great restaurant, deli and coffee shop. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My only draw back was an odor in the house of a dog. I am not a dog owner so the smell was very difficult for me to over come. The place seemed very clean, outside of the odor of dog(s).

Wonderful Home Base While Visiting Family

We really enjoyed staying here while visiting family in Nashville. The house was perfectly set up for my husband and myself, our son and daughter-in-law, and our young grandchild. Even better than expected! We will definitely try to stay here again!

Cozy Little Cottage

This quaint little cottage was the perfext place to stay. A quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Nashville. Loved the fact that there were 2 bathrooms! The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was cozy to relax on. The online guide was very helpful, and it was helpful to have it in advance. Check in and check out were very easy. I appreciated that the hosts were very quick to respond with any questions I had! We will be staying herr again! Thank you for sharing your home!

Weekend Stay

What a great place, although some people may say it is a little high priced when comparing to other properties.The price is easily offset by free parking as you pull up. Great front porch. Nice private backyard, super quiet neighborhood, lovely beds and a place where you feel at home. Round trip Uber Ride to downtown and back $16 dollars. Great location but yet you feel welcomed in this home and nicely decorated.

Excellent stay

My husband and I were in Nashville for our son’s wedding and were joined by our brother and sister-in-law. Branch was the perfect place for the four of us for our week-long stay. We had many activities and events around the city throughout the week and Branch was conveniently located. It was clean, spacious, and included all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a great place to relax with coffee in the morning and return to in the evening after a long day of activities. We will definitely consider booking again when we return to Nashville to visit our son and new daughter-in-law!

Soldier's Birthday

Our son and daughter-in-law were in town to celebrate his 26th birthday. He is fresh off his second deployment and they are expecting their first child. We needed a little extra room from our house because his best friend and his girlfriend also came into town. I spoke with Ali and gave her the rundown on the weekend because everything was a surprise for our son. She was great and so accommodating for all our needs. The place was fantastic, clean and just a short distance to our house in east Nashville. We had a great dinner on Friday night and the kids had a blast cruising around town on Saturday capped off with the Chris Stapleton concert that night. I highly recommend staying at the cottage - you won't be disappointed!!

The home was stocked with everything that we needed. The home was neat, clean and comfortable. We had some trouble getting in but the owners were very responsive and it only took a few extra Minutes to gain access. We would definitely stay here again.
