Excellent place

The distances to Broadway was slightly incorrect. I booked expecting to be able to walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium and that was not the case. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect.

Girl Trip

We stayed for four nights in Nashville during the middle of April. The weather started with rain but turned beautiful for the rest of our stay. Loved visiting Andrew Jackson's Hermitage and taking the Hop-on Hop-off Bus. The Grand Old Opry is a must, and I enjoyed the Johnny Cash museum. We also enjoyed the variety of bars downtown. Our favorites were Laine Wilson's bar and Garth Brooks' bar. The singers were amazing at these two bars!We could have used more toilet paper, better directions on how to use the air conditioning, and one more towel would have been nice. Additionally, the beds were very low. Otherwise, the place was beautiful!

Beautiful home

We absolutely loved the house- from the locations to the decor. It was a perfect place to stay and there was plenty of room for our party of 12! Highly recommend.

Winter reunion

The house was just as they described. We had a group of 7 women and we were all very comfortable with sleeping arrangements. The house had 2 lounging/living areas, one on the second floor outside the bedrooms and one on the main floor. We had plenty of space and furniture for our group to be comfortable. There is nice back yard with a fire pit that we wish we discovered sooner and could have used. Overall we had a great time here.

Friendmas

Me and my friends wanted to do something different for Friendmas. So we decided on this property to host us. It was a great location. Conveniently located by everything. We uber to Broadway and the uber was cheap. Off street parking was a bummer at first until we realized they have a garage and we never had to worry about parking after that. We only took one car so that was perfect. We enjoyed everything about the house. Instead of partying the entire time we stayed in playing games and drinking. We ordered pizza and the pizza was good. The beds are very comfortable. It is very spacious and that master bathroom was heaven sent. 10/10 highly recommend

Great place for multiple families

We really enjoyed our stay and the property was clean and as advertised. Wonderful to have a garage and outside space to hangout. We would not recommend walking to SoBro due to the neighborhoods and manufacturing areas that are along the way. Was a fairly inexpensive Uber ride.

Nashville Trip

We stayed downtown Nashville. There were 10 friends, 65+, that stayed. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. We loved our VRB and would stay again.

Great Nashville vibes

The house was clean, had great decor, and very comfy beds! Everyone was beyond happy. Not walking distance, but just a 5-10 Uber away from Broadway. I would absolutely stay again!

Girls Getaway for Birthday

This was a special trip a mild stone Birthday celebration with friends coming in from different cities!! The house was very comfortable and decorated very nicely. The Nashville feel you would be looking for! It certainly was enough room for 7 women allowing us all to have space and the back yard a nice touch to get some fresh air. Is was nice to have a spot to park the car and not having to leave it on the street. Uber was very easy to use the location of the house worked out great as much of our activities were within a a few miles! Only two full baths with 7 women trying to get ready was a bit of a challenge. The second bath was missing the shower curtain. We called first thing when we noticed it was missing but it took quite a bit of time for maintenance to delivery one, we lost a lot time getting ready in one bath. 7 women used the one walk in shower to get ready. The lighting in the bathrooms although very nice fixtures were very dim above the sinks where most of us had to get ready. Brighter lighting would of been nice. Over all our stay was very comfortable and we all had a great time! We would go back again(o: Thank you!!

Most beautiful home!

This home is decorated beautifully! Every bedroom is huge, every closet is amazing. Each bedroom has a rock & roll theme. The main living room is all about country music. Both bathrooms and the half bath are stunning. The water pressure is great. All amenities are available. The coffee maker is both pods and drip. We were a group of 60+ women. We ubered everywhere.

Excellent!!!

This house exceeded our expectations! It was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and decorated extremely well! The garage was huge (big enough to get our suburban in:) the beds were so comfortable. Neighbor hood was very quiet! Easy to get to everything by Uber very inexpensively! We definitely stay again!

Large group

70th birthday surprise for my mom. Plenty of sleeping space for large group. Everyone congregate in the living/dining/kitchen area with ease. Would stay again. The house was awesome. Walking distance to Germantown night life.

Nashville 50th

Everything about the listing was accurate as described. The location was a 8 dollar UBER to Broadway so that was exactly what we were looking for. The 9 of us had plenty of room to sleep, shower and get ready for the night out. The house had a great “music” vibe to it. This is a great one if you have a large group!

Very nice place. The only issue we had was getting the lock to work. We just ended up leaving it unlocked because first night we had people that couldn’t get in. Frustrating because we all tried to fix.

Brits on tour !

Had a great time in Nashville family visiting from the UK - loved the atmosphere and the music. The house was fantastic tons of space. Very well equipped. Will most definitely be back. Thank you for allowing us to use you lovely property.

Great house for a large group.

We were 5 woman over 70. It was great and we all had our own large bed. We didn’t use the fire pit was lovely. The kitchen and the master bath was awesome. I’d like to have seen some extra throws or blanket to wrap up in while sitting in the living room. My only complaint is that we were warned by several Uber drivers that we should stay inside at night. The neighborhood was sketchy.

Magnificent stay at Hope Gardens

Everything is just as nice as the VRBO listing shows. The inside is so amazingly appointed with rock and country music artifacts, pictures, instruments and music players. Our pickup would not fit in the driveway or garage, but there was safe, ample street parking. Close to the nightlife, tourist attractions and even the triple A baseball park that we went to. We will definitely be wanting to come back for another stay!

Perfect location in Nashville

This house had everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Everyone loved the yard with the fire pit area. I will definitely try to stay here when visiting Nashville.
