New Years Eve

The listing was perfect for our group as we could stay next to each other. The houses were clean, easy to access and close to the New Years Eve celebration and the Kroger.

Winter Weekend in Nashville

The location is convenient right across from a Kroger/ other than that the location is not beautiful but very convenient as downtown was a 5 min uber ride and bc it’s winter, Ubers got there very quickly!Overall, the units are very clean and accommodated our big parties well/ the light fixtures above the kitchen island could use a good dusting and each room could benefit from hooks for your towels but those are just minor thoughts!We had an amazing stay and loved Nashville!

Thanksgiving getaway

Property was great for our group. Clean, comfortable. We saw that one toilet was leaking upon arrival, it was quickly fixed. Parking was a little tighter than desired as spots were not marked and not all around us were respectful of spacing.

40th birthday celebration

We had a great time in Nashville! the property is across the street from Kroger grocery store which was quite convenient. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean.

Great Home for Larger Groups

The homes worked out great for our larger group. Lots of steps so if you have someone that has difficulty with steps this might not be a good fit. Homes were clean, comfortable and spacious. Location is good. They are about a 15 minute drive to downtown less if traffic is low. You have Kroger right across the street and a large farmers market a couple of minutes away.

Connie and Tammy were great!

We had a great time and the houses were great! Only had one issue with the A/C and it was resolved within an hour. Great customer service! Would recommend to anyone staying in Nashville.

Nashville Birthday

We had a combined group of family and friends totaling about 18 people (including a 91-year old grandmother) for our son's 21st birthday in Nashville. Being able to stay in two units right next door to each other was perfect. A grocery store literally across the street was very convenient and Uber/Lyft made trips to and from downtown a breeze. The units were fresh and clean and the beds were comfortable. Isn't that what you really need from a VRBO?

Great place!

We stayed for a birthday celebration and everything was wonderful! Clean place with enough dishes and flatware for our crowd. The space was perfect for us. The Kroger across the street is really handy! Communication was great!

Good location

Our family enjoyed this property. The steps were challenging for our elders in our family. It was very convenient being close to the grocery store and farmers market and bicentennial mall. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this property.

A little stressful

The neighborhood is not the best but there is a Kroeger across the road so that was nice. The door did not auto lock on one of the units we had, so the first night about 2:30 am a very drunk random guy opened the door and walked in the unit. Terrifying to say the least. Ended up being the guy next door, but still. The next night 2am doorbell ringing like crazy, someone else at the wrong unit! Our unit had dirty socks and a dirty gross thong in a drawer, my 22-month-old granddaughter found, we had spit wads on the ceiling in our bedroom. there was a margarita can on one of the balconies, my brother-in-law thought it just had liquid in it, when he went to pour it out in the sink it was full of cigarette butts. So things like that.

Bachelor Party Weekend

Good location with a Kroger across the street and short uber ride to Broadway. Also, has good bars/restaurants within walking distance. Host was quick to respond to messages. Listing says it sleeps 24 but with only 10 beds (6 of them being doubles) if you have a larger group this should be taken into account. Overall, I would recommend.

We came as a group to play baseball, we had two houses next to each other. 7 families and we had plenty of room. We were able to cook and wash laundry. Owners answered quickly to any questions that we had. Nice place, Kroger across the street. Would def stay here again.

Bachelorette Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect choice for me and 18 friends and family to celebrate my bachelorette weekend! The two units next to each other kept us close enough to stay together. Clean properties, sufficient bathrooms for all of us women, and plenty of sleeping space. Kroger right across the street is a huge bonus too!

Great stay in Nashville

House was exactly as it appears on the website. Great for a large group. Very convenient with grocery store across the street. Nice bars and restaurants within a short walk. 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Would definitely stay here again.
