It’s a very good location. You can tell it’s antiquated (although for the price I shouldn’t expect much more). The pillows are a bit thin to my liking and the bathroom door has a whole in it. The tv was a decent size. It’s easy to get to a lot of places from here. They don’t accept a lot of methods of payment including chime. It was a nightmare checking in. If that’s their policy I understand but it should be posted somewhere especially if one were to book ahead and then arrive. Luckily I was able to use Expedia and also cash deposit. Just a heads up. Would not go again.

The room smells terrible, they do not change the towels every day and they do not do the room cleaning every day. This is may be for the Covid 19 but they can give you the choice.

Really great check-in (thank you Noor). Nice updated, clean property with ample parking just off I65. Plenty of dining options in the i.mediate area and relatively easy drive to the Franklin/Carter House battlefield. Do the tour - very informative. Ice Machins and laundry machines on site. Pretty nice breakfast with many options from pancakes to yogurt & cereal. Plenty of great coffee shops also. Ask for a room away from the road crews/construction crews - apparently the work keeps them up talking and smoking on the balconeies at night. One of the better places to stay in the area for the money. We'd go back next time through.

The staff are pleasant and courteous. It’s a great and convenient location too. But the best part about it is the continental breakfast! This is our second time to this hotel. And we will book it again when we come to Franklin.

If staying at this property be sure to latch the door and put the privacy sign out. 1st housekeeper knocked at 7:30 am and we forgot to latch it back. The 2nd one came at 9 and just walked in the door with no knock.

The room was ok, but looked a bit run down. I asked for a wake-up call and the person said that wasn't possible. It is a very large motel and a LOT of people are coming and going, so it was a bit noisy until about 11:30pm.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It looked like the room had been renovated because it had a modern feel. The shower was a stall which I feel more comfortable using than one with a tub. Nice hot breakfast with plenty of choices.

The room was not clean at all! Hair and dirt o. The sink and shower. Sticky substances on the bedside table and desk. The bathroom floor was disgusting. The only thing clean was the linens, so I was grateful for that.

Large gap at the bottom of my door resulted in me being able to hear everything outside. A construction crew were hanging out grilling at 1am down the walkway from me so I could hear their whole conversations unless my tv was on full blast. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep very well here. Parking lot was tough to drive through with the speed bumps and potholes. Lobby is not connected to the rooms at all so you will have to trek across the parking lot to a separate building. Breakfast was lackluster. Will definitely find another hotel if I come back to Franklin for a visit. This place is definitely not worth what we paid.

The room was clean and the hot breakfast provided was good. The door to our room could use a new seal at the bottom and the A/C unit was missing a couple screws sealing it on the outside of the room.

Great value! Clean and updated rooms. Polite staff. Delicious breakfast. Near grocery, pharmacy and food options. Easy access off the highway. This was our 2nd stay and it was as great as our first. We'll stay again when we are in the area next. Thank you!

For the price it was great for an overnight and they accommodated us with adjoining rooms for my 2 teenage boys and an included hot breakfast. It was perfect .
