We were in Nashville on a combined business and pleasure trip. The location of this condo was perfect for us. We were able to use a Lime scooter to quickly and easily get to broadway as well as 3rd and Lindsley. A nice coffee shop called Crema is about a 7 minute walk and was great for the couple meetings that our daughter came to Nashville for. The condo was super clean and quiet. We will definitely try to use it for future visits.

Great condo!

Great location. Felt extremely safe to walk everywhere and to be outside at condo. Efficient condo layout, nice balcony to relax on, comfortable furniture. My daughter who slept on living rm bed was bothered thru night by people walking around above us, tho it didn’t bother my husband or I. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo.

Concerts in Music City

It truly was home away from home - they have thought of anything you could possibly need!! From extra travel size toothbrush to umbrellas by the door you could borrow. In all the VRBO rentals I've stayed, this was by far the most welcoming and hospitable. The property was beautiful! We went to a concert at both Ryman and one at Nissan Stadium during our stay and the property was within walking distance of both. We highly recommend and look forward to going back for a future stay.

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay in Nashville! This is the closest we’ve ever stayed to Broadway, so the walk was great! The place was modern, very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of dresser and closet space for clothing and luggage - the list goes on! I loved being welcomed with champagne & OJ, and my husband loved the snacks provided! I also loved the Nashville vibe of the decor. The hosts were attentive before and during our stay. We highly recommend this property!

Great base for exploring the city. Cheap rides downtown or walking during the day. Bed is comfortable and the unit has everything needed to get by for a weekend or whole week.

Convenient and Affordable

This rental was perfect for my wife and I, especially since we wanted to be close to Broadway, which is about a half mile away. The hosts were very communicative and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions. They also went the extra mile with thoughtful amenities like snacks, toiletries, earplugs, and more. We chose to walk to Broadway, which was easy for us since we're fairly fit. However, it's worth noting that the return trip is mostly uphill, so it might be challenging for those with mobility issues. We noticed that younger visitors often used electric scooters to get back at night, and of course, there's always the option to grab an Uber if you prefer not to walk or scooter. One thing to mention is that there's a fire station across the street, so you might hear sirens occasionally, but we didn’t find it bothersome at all. The neighborhood appears to be an up-and-coming area, with a couple of blocks currently undergoing redevelopment. Nonetheless, there are a few cool bars, restaurants, and coffee shops just a short walk away. Lastly, do your partying in town. The full-time residents of this building won't put up with noisy renters, and nor should they.

Nashville VRBO

We had a great stay. I was nervous about Nashville because I have very unfamiliar and everywhere I looked was charging so much for parking. This VRBO had gated parking included in the price. You have to pay to park everywhere in Nashville and it is expensive so don't take this lightly. The VRBO was great too. If you forgot something, it is there. We stayed in a lot because of the weather (heat vs. rain) and it was very nice. We will be using this company again!

The check in process was easy and smooth there a couple of promblems nothing major,we found ants in the bathroom and we could not get the dryer to work overall it was a nice place.We were close to major attractions downtown and the condo was pretty nice,i would stay here again.

This was a cute little condo within walking distance of downtown. Great location, safe parking and clean. You do need to be able to climb stairs. And there is a fan in the closet that will drown out the street noise. Would stay here again.

Great location for CMA fest!

Stayed the week for CMA fest. Easy walking to all the events and nearby coffee shops. Lyfts knew exactly where to go as well. Place is really clean and has every toiletry one could possibly imagine.

Great location and Gated Parking included

We were at this VRBO for my Dad’s 80’th birthday celebration. The location was definitely walkable to Broadway, which we only went to once, but it was also perfect for morning walks to the bridge and a short couple blocks to The Listening Room (our FAVORITE activity from the whole trip). It would have been nice to have more than one bathroom with 4 adults, but we knew what we were getting in to from the beginning. The gated parking was a definite plus!
