This was my worst hotel experience. The hotel was horrible, the sheets were dirty, they had not been changed and they had blood marks, we had to ask for new sheets and change them ourselves. The bathroom smelled bad and there were hairs in the shower. The nightstand was sticky and there were two spiders in the room. Also, it promised breakfast included, but it was just a coffee and a sweet snack. Anyway, we had a reservation for two days, but we had to cancel the second night, because of the deplorable room

The rooms could, perhaps, do with an upgrade but it was perfectly adequate for our stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The only thing I would have liked would be a kettle in the room and, maybe, a fridge but mainly the kettle. We were perfectly happy there - it served our purposes.

The place is apparently being remodeled but our room had stained sheets and a drain pipe hole in the bathtub. We ended up staying somewhere else. This place should be shut dowb until the remodel is complete.

Motel is right on the street. Very noisy. The floor above our room is creaking. The room is not kept properly. The bathroom door won't close, the cable box is hanging from the TV, the lights flicker, etc. It is not something I would recommend, nor do I think it was worth the price I paid.

Overall my stay has been comfortable and quiet regardless of it's location. The check in is always fast and uncomplicated. The staff are polite and friendly and accommodating. I say this is one of Nashville's diamonds in the rough.

Worst place ever...place is a dump, cigarette holes in comforters, carpet sticky. Stains on pillowcases and sheets, faucets handle broken falls right off when you move it, toilet seat not secure and will slide around cause only one screw. Hole in bathroom wall. Rust around microwave door, no iron. Close rack feel down off wall when i hung up a pair of pants.

This stay was our worst stay in 8 days we vacationed. Could hear the neighbor's noise all night. Husband had to borrow tape to fix the trim piece that was broken going into the bathroom..Drapes were Filthy. Towels felt like sand paper. "Breakfast included" consisted of 3 in a package mini donuts and black coffee. Very dissatisfied.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m a very rough part of town-hookers and drug dealers all around the hotel. Stains on all the bed sheets. Shower had someone else’s hair all over it. Floors have probably never been vacuumed. Customer service was terrible. When I reached out about the sheets was told that I should go down and get a new set. Those sheets should never have been on the bed in the first place! Ended up checking out. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The bed was totally broken no support stains on everything the smell was horrible totally unclearly and everything was broken there was a homeless man sleeping in front of the door and another man hiding by vending machine harassing you as you get out of vehicle completely unacceptable left immediately and would like a refund in full as this was completely disgusting and unsafe so me and my wife could not stay there I didn’t even feel like my vehicle could be safely parked there much less my livelihood

Horrible room
When we got to the hotel, the clerk was very friendly. When we got to the room, it looked like it had been broken into. As soon as we walked in, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even though i asked for non-smoking. I have asthma and cigarette smoke is a trigger. The door wouldnt lick. We opted not to even stay and just call the money a loss.

The photos online doesn’t look anything like the place when you arrive. We had to pay for rooms we didn’t even stay in cause the outside of the place was nasty and run down looking and I wasn’t staying in a place that looked like that I couldn’t imagine what the rooms looked like.

Not even worth the low rate.
Knowing this was a cheap hotel, expectations were already low, and yet I was disappointed. I felt unsafe for most of the time I was on property. Very run down. Door peephole was scratched and unusable, door security lock was ripped off and not repaired. Felt relieved when my stay was over. Continental breakfast was generic packaged pastries inside the saftey glass and a pot of coffee. (pictured)

We were promised a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke. After we ran the AC for a while things were better, but our clothes smelled like smoke after we checked out the next morning.

This place is a dump. I wouldn’t let a homeless person stay there. They lie in your face. Drug infested, transactions are made in broad daylight. I have videos of transactions between made. The first room they gave me was ridiculous. The bed was sunken and dirt on the floor. Requested another room, not much better. Then drug transactions started. At that point I was furious. Booked the room for 2 nights. I told the desk manager I was checking out. He stated that I would have to pay for one night and would refund the second night. Well that was a lie. Now I’m out of money for the refund. Someone overdosed but someone revived that person. Please if that’s your last resort, sleep in your car.
