Close-In, but parking is an issue.

1 ) Sloped inclines and small garage , very difficult for clients with lager vehicles. 2 ) Numerous large &small vehicles ,took all marked spaces, it appeared little to any garage use. (we could not use garage due to vehicle size and angle slope) 3 ) No restroom other than in/through the bedrooms. 4 ) FOUR total forks in the kitchen. 5 ) Highly complex clothes washer controls. 6 ) Difficult front ingress/egress . 7 ) Loud parties to either side.

The property was clean and lots of space for sleeping, eating, and just relaxing . The only thing that we noticed is our unit did not have a toaster . Whenever I had a question regarding the unit, the property owner would respond in a matter of five minutes.

Amazing place to stay

We had a large group of guys that flew in from Florida for a bachelor party. Tyler had the place completely spotless for our arrival and made it so easy for check in. The house was within minutes of Broadway and all the nice restaurants. I wouldn’t book with anybody else but Tyler.

50th Birthday

This property is exactly as advertised. Everything was perfect for my 50th birthday weekend. Location is very nice. The only problem we had was our uber driver finding the house number. Once we figured that out, we just waited at the top of the street and it all worked out great. Would definately recommend this location. The roof top balcony was the best!!

Great For a Large Bachelorette Party

We had a great time, the house was very accommodating for our large group of girls. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Communication with Tyler was fast and concise. Overall we had a great experience and the house worked out wonderful for our bachelorette party!

Great spot for a large group!

We had a bachelor party there 13 guys! Everyone couldn’t believe how nice the place was! Everyone had a place to sleep including Tyler providing an extra air mattress for us! Throughout the entire process he was always extremely quick to respond to any questions and was as easy going as they come. He gave specific instructions on what to do when leaving, but nothing you wouldn’t ask someone to do yourself! Fantastic location with great views! I highly recommend going through Tyler for opportunities!

Great for a large group!

Nice outdoor space. Comfy beds. Lots of room for 9 of us with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The place was just as advertised. Checkout seemed a little early, at 10:00, but we were allowed to store our luggage in the garage until 3:00, which was nice. Any questions we had about the property were quickly answered.

We had a great stay at this well appointed multi-story townhouse. The garage and the available street parking was a bonus. Tyler and his associates were very easy to work with and responsive to all of our needs. It was very accessible to the Gulch area bar and restaurants. I would definitely recommend!!

Best experience I have ever had in Nashville

This place is flat out awesome. No need to beat around the bush. It is located in the perfect spot between Broadway and Vandy, It is walking distance from Yazoo Brewing Co, and great restaurants, and the rooftop deck is one of the coolest amenities I have seen on a property rental. It overlooks downtown and affords you one of the coolest views in Nashville. The place is very clean, very well taken care of. All of the amenities you could ever want. This place made our stay in Nashville one we will not soon forget.

The home was very clean and comfortable, and the rental team was incredibly responsive and accommodating before, during, and after our stay. Sweet spot

Our stay was excellent....convenient location. We used Uber as our transportation as we were close to downtown. The area allows you to get to Broadway quickly or hit some excellent bars and restaurants in the Gulch area. The house was modern and very roomy, lots of private areas if needed. The rooftop sets the tone for a stay, started the day up there and finished the day up there. We will be going back to the same spot. Great owners, very receptive. A must if you have a larger group going to Nashville!
