Back again!

We stayed at this specific location in October 2023 and loved it. When we decided to go back to Nashville this year we booked the same place. We will stay here again!

Place was clean, quiet and nice. The couch could use an upgrade, although we realize that we spent more time in the unit than most visitors. Also, we couldn’t get TV in the bedroom to work. Thank you

Convenient Location

The location was perfect for wanting to walk everywhere. Super convenient. And loved being on the river. The condo is need of a new couch and mattress.

Perfect spot for a fun weekend get-away!

Great location to walk downtown and enjoy the fun with an easy 15-minute drive to the Grand Ol' Opry and Nashville Palace line dancing! I highly recommend this place for couples who want to eat-in and have some chill time while visiting Nashville!

Mini Vacation

This was our first trip to Nashville. The condo is pretty close to downtown and Broadway. We did not rent a car so it was convenient to hire Lyft. Condo was very clean and comfortable.

An adorable place

this is the third time i have stayed in one of the Riverfront condos and I just love it here..They aren’t the newest places but they are in a great spot for visiting Nashville. They usually have everything you need. The river is interesting to watch and if there is something going on at the stadium you can hear it.can not wait to come again.

Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Just didn’t feel safe and comfortable walking to and from condo at night but Uber was reasonably priced.

Cozy & Convenient

Great location, wonderful amenities, and excellent communication! Condo was clean and comfortable with an easy walk to broadway and relaxing balcony and pool area for some down-time. The manager was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions, and we enjoyed our time at the condo-local restaurants! We’ll definitely book again!

Nashville trip

Cute and clean for the most part. Great location close to the train tracks but that didn’t bother us. Great kitchen setup. Only complaint is that there were very tiny ants in the living room. Would stay there again.

good value, and close to Germantown

We loved the place. Small but well-kept, and you could walk everywhere. Covered parking is plentiful, the pool was a treat, and we could walk just a few blocks to be at the baseball stadium or downtown or Germantown. Felt safe day or night, and we stayed for less than most of the downtown hotels were charging. We'll be back!

Nashville Visit

Condo was nice. All amenities were acceptable. About 1 mile walk to downtown. The location was a little sketchy. Lots on construction and the area is not well lit at night. I would suggest traveling in a group at night.

The stay was great. The only drawback was we had to go out and purchase bar soap and Kleenex. Seemed strange those items wouldn’t be provided. Nice condo! Would stay there again.

Nice quiet location for a few days in Nashville

Was in town on business for a conference and decided to stay in this lovely condo instead of the host hotel for some outdoor space and to be able to get away from the business of downtown. It's 15 mins to call an Uber and get to Broadway. The condo is nicely appointed and a lovely view and balcony facing the river. The owner is VERY responsive. Would stay here again.

Nashville trip

This condo was awesome for our trip to Nashville. Had a balcony overlooking the river. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to all of the action on Broadway, which was a huge plus. The managment would reply immediately to any questions we had. Couldn't be happier with our stay. Would highly recommend
