We had a wonderful stay at this pet-friendly home in Nashville while my dad was undergoing heart surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The location could not have been more convenient. This home was just a short drive to the hospital, which made a stressful time so much easier for our family.The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our two four-legged friends absolutely loved the fenced backyard, which was such a blessing during our stay.The owner was amazing! Very easy to contact and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. That level of communication meant so much to us during this time.We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Nashville, especially if you need to be near Vanderbilt. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Beautiful place conveniently located to all things Nashville. Up and coming neighborhood but not fully revitalized yet so some surrounding houses aren’t so nice, at all …but property is completely SAFE with private parking. Would stay again for sure!

Very nice property

We had a very nice time at Christi’s property. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The Ubers do vary in price at different times of the day so going to downtown can cost more than you expect. The neighbors are in very close proximity. The back yard was very nice. My only cons were the neighbors had 2 dogs that constantly barked at us when in the back yard which became a little upsetting while trying to relax but I’m sure Christi has no control over that issue. The only other thing I would suggest is a propane gas grill not charcoal and possibly providing a couple of bundles of firewood for the firepit at an extra charge for convenience. Other than that Christi was very responsive and helpful when we had any questions or concerns and the home is very nice. Thank you Christi for sharing your home with us we had a wonderful time

Great House!

Everything about the house was beautiful except the eye sore next door. I’m being extremely picky because that all that is bad about this place. Quick and easy Ubers to downtown, everything was orderly and clean, communication was clear for check in/out, host went above and beyond telling us different shops and food places near by. I would definitely stay again!

Girls Trip/ Friends Get-Together

Location is great for navigating Broadway area with grocery/pharmacy close too! Lots of space, bedding and bathrooms for everyone. Communication with hostess was easy with quick response. Updates and amenities inside and out offer very comfortable living away from home. Neighborhood is being renovated home by home with construction and equipment throughout area, and the street was quiet over the weekend. Easy to navigate check- in and garage with space for two SUVs to park off street. Coffee pot, Kuerig, toaster, oven, kitchen amenities were great! Updated bathrooms were visually appealing and comfortable! Outside area is pretty with Fire pit, space for relaxing. This townhome is A …there is also a B…tricky when first locating. :-) Great trip!!

This property was truly perfect for our first time trip to Nashville. The bathroom in each bedroom was wonderful for traveling with friends. The outdoor space was stunning, and the living room was cozy. We were able to take just a short uber to Broadway and the distance to the Gulch and German Town were notable as well. Highly recommend this property!

Just enjoyed a 6 nights stay and have no complaints. Great communication from Christi the owner. We were 3 couples and the house was perfect for us. Comfortable and well stocked. We used Uber to lower Broadway which was only a little over 2 miles away. We would not hesitate to return when that day comes!

Great home and great location

Overall, home was as advertised and perfect for our family. Location was great, both close enough and far enough to have access to Broadway, without the noise and traffic. Up and coming neighborhood with walkable restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would plan to return next year when we get event schedules confirmed.

Nice Spring Break trip to Nashville

The host was super nice, flexible and communicative! The house was a perfect layout for our family and we enjoyed the proximity to other downtown spots. The house was well stocked too, with comfortable beds. If wishing for a comfortable, nice place to stay close to downtown (less then 10 min drive to most downtown spots), this place and host are great!
