Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Our unit was very clean and well decorated. The hot tub and pool were clean and the pool was heated. The property was beautiful and secluded, but minutes to the Grand Ole Opry, Operyland Mall and only 15 minutes to downtown Nashville. We will go again.

1st trip to Nashville

Loved the property! Great location and clean condo! Just don’t do the tour!!!! It was not 90 minutes and messed up our day. Then we got to Opry and didn’t have tickets. Thankful for employees in Wyndham check in area who took care of the error. All was great! Shuttle was great!!! Just don’t be sucked in to the tour! Very pushy and would it take no for an answer!

Stay was good, except for the buy in presentation. We were told it would obly be 1.5 hours and that wasnt true. It actually takes several hours and we missed our shuttle and it messed up iur entire days plans!!!

Upon our arrival and after driving 13 hours, we checked into our room through the office. I received our room cards quickly and was directed to finish our check-in with a secondary representative. This representative began to explain the amenities and wanted me to choose a time for a 90 minute presentation. After the presentation i was to be given a $250 apple gift card. i declined but was encouraged to book a time as he scrolled through available slots. He mumbled something twice which i asked him twice to repeat due to his volume. What he had said was that if i didn’t show up to the session, i would be charged $40. I advised this employee 3x that my answer was no until a head manager overheard and completed our check-in personally. The room had a scent of curry and the floor had mud in the cracks of the kitchen tile. We discovered black mold in both of the shower areas. Great location but rooms need to be updated and cleaned.

Great Location With A Few Problems

This property is very close to Opry Mills and plenty of food and shopping. The resort is dated. The reason I gave three stars is due to the room not being as clean as it should be for what they charge. The furniture is very uncomfortable and stained. There was about an half inch of dust on the sprinkler heads in the room, and old cracked shower head in the master bedroom that had very little water pressure. The staff were very nice at check in and no other problems. I doubt I would use this resort again if in the area unless they update it and do better cleaning.

Outdoor pool closed

We ended up leaving a day early. The outdoor pool was a major draw for our family trip, and the pool was closed. No one told us at check-in—not until we walked over to the outdoor pool did we see caution tape around the pool, green water, and a “closed” sign. It was a major bummer, and we decided to end the trip a day early.

Annual Girls trip

Stayed Monday through Friday. Didn’t realize how far it would be to get to downtown. Uber was $20-$25 each way. The property is old and desperately needs to be updated. Landscaping is lacking. WiFi was unreliable. There were 3 of us but we couldn’t all use the WiFi at the same time.

Whatever you do, do not fall for the...we will give you this "x" free if you attend a 90 minute seminar. Total bs. High pressure sales that takes up precious time of your holiday. Over 2 hrs. Then when you continue to say you're not interested they tell you that you are close minded Just say no to anything free they are offering.

Birthday Getting with The Fam

My family and I traveled to Nashville from Denver Colorado. We had a lot of activities packed into a three day weekend. Our condo was the perfect fit for our group. It matched the description we paid for perfectly. Sheila, at the front desk was amazing!! Her hospitable nature and good humor really put us in the perfect mood to kick off our trip! The two gentlemen at the concierge were also extremely helpful, suggesting fantastic breakfast spots and advising us of all the dues and don’ts. Thank you to your team and to the city of Nashville for making my birthday weekend one to remember!

We were there during extreme cold weather which this property was not built for. Cold air leaked in around the door and windows making it impossible to stay warm. Living room furniture needs refurbishing.
