Karla was a great hostess. She answered questions fast. Her VRBO is located in the perfect spot, center to everything, that we wanted to see. Buttermilk Ranch in 12 South was a favorite breakfast/lunch spot. This is our 2nd time staying here and we'd stay here again it's that perfect!

Fabulous home! Karla has a real gem here and she communicates effectively and timely. Comfortable living room, excellent kitchen that met our needs. Plenty of plates, cups, bowls, silverware. There was real cream in the refrigerator for coffee… our group was impressed by that. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable with plenty of towels. We did not use the porch since it was in the high 90s during our stay but it looked super cute.We walked to Fenwick’s 300 each morning for breakfast. Food was spot on! There is a Kroger within walking distance too that we ran to one evening for a few snacks.Our main purpose was Broadway St and all the great local music. It was a short Uber/Lyft ride away. Thank you, Karla, for making our visit comfortable and convenient!

We loved this super cute cottage. The location was perfect and just a short drive to downtown and to the highway. The owner made this place feel like home and provided many items that I didn’t need to pack. Karla was the perfect host.

Favorite place to stay in Nashville!

This is our 2nd stay at Kirkwood Cottage and hopefully it won’t be our last. The cottage is immaculate and spacious. Walking distance to the 12 South area and short drive to Broadway. Karla is wonderful and the whole rental process is easy and organized. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Wonderful spot

Very convenient! Also the owner is very friendly and helpful. Although the cottage is on property of the owner’s house, it is quite private. Nice place! Will be back.

Great location!

It was just perfect for a mother/daughter quick trip to Nashville. We each had our own room and bathroom but it was still cozy enough that we didn't feel too far away from each other. The location was great! It was so close to the 12 South shops and restaurants which were all great. It also wasn't too far from the airport, Lower Broadway or the Grand Ole Opry. Karla was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything!

This cottage is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. It is in a fantastic location, and close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

Weekend getaway

We wanted a location that was more comfortable than a hotel so we could relax with friends, watch a ballgame on tv, walk to restaurants/shops, and drive quickly downtown if we wanted to. This guest house was perfect. The beds and living room area were comfortable. We had a great stay!

Best VRBO experience by far!

This home was the perfect VRBO. Beautiful, clean, lots of thoughtful touches including half and half in the fridge. Great location, near a grocery store and drug store, plus easy access to the interstate. It is a cottage behind Karla’s house, with a private gated entrance and good parking. I can’t remember a better VRBO experience.

Cozy cottage

I would definitely call it a house and not a cottage.... it was very good size and immaculate.Owner super friendly and helpful. I loved all the amenities and decor. The owner did everything possible to make our stay easy and comfortable. I give this 10 out of 10♥️ it was a great neighborhood to walk around, Beautiful area, was able to walk to restaurants and shops. If you get a chance definitely check it out😊

An Oasis

This property exceeded expectations in every way. It is located minutes from all the action, music and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood isolated from the bustle. Comfortable, spotless with comfortable beds, exceptional bathrooms and great open floor plan living/kitchen area. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer. My only regret is that we weren’t staying longer.
