The apartment was modern and comfortable and the property had excellent amenities. The only thing lacking was a hot tub, but the fire bowl made up for it. This is a great place particularly for young adults. The entry instructions were clear, but we struggled with getting the key fob for the room and using the App for the garage. Fortunately, there were helpful people there who assisted us. We were disappointed to be staying only one night. We would definitely make this property our home base if we were staying longer.

Great location for the event we were going to at Bridgestone arena. Parking under the building was super easy and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I would not stay here again. The staff was incredibly unhelpful, choosing to stay on their phones rather than helping guests. When I did get someone to answer questions, she was incredibly condescending. Parking was nightmare trying to figure out. The apartment smelled terrible when we first arrived - thw freezer eas left open so the fridge was not cold. The room itself had barely anything in it and what was in it was scarce at best. The two saving graces to this place were the location to downtown - easily walkable and did not feel unsafe and the pool was awesome. Save from that, the general chatter of the guest matched our confusion, trying to navigate the property and get help. Would recommend that you choose somewhere else if you can.

Very well organized. Check in and check out were simple and well communicated. We booked the unit a couple of months before our travel date and noticed the rates dropped significantly as our date approached. Cannot be happy about that. Don't have anything negative to add besides that. Photos are representative of the property.

Property secure and clean. Very easy walk to Broadway, 5-10 mins depending on your pace. ;) Parking in garage is extra three Hamilton but easy to set up and manage through the app. We parked and walked during our stay just due to close proximity to all the attractions, bars and dining.

The property was very nice. It’s a 10 minute walk to Broadway and a 20 minutes walk to Nissan Stadium. There is a nice gym on-site. I would definitely stay here again!

Entry and exit were simple and made easier by concierge that communicated extremely well. We had no noise, construction or otherwise. This place is awesome and we will definitely be back. Super close to Broadway, shopping, sports and downtown. I highly recommend and cant wait ti go back to Smashville.

Super easy check in ! Walking distance to broadway and nissian stadium as well as other cute places to eat that were more mellow for breakfast/lunch and sweet set up in our room. Would definitely stay here next visit!

Place was clean and well kept. We rented two units and one of the units only had one key fob and was difficult to open. The neighbor across the hall (probably irritated by the noise of us trying to open the door, no blame of his) opened the door and gave us instructions on opening the door. The door into p3 didn’t work and it was not posted. We saw multiple groups trying to gain access as well and were frustrated. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

The property was great, except our room had a terrible mildew smell. Great location, walkable to everything, nice rooftop pool. The place was fantastic except for that one small thing.

Friendly staff! Nobody told me the door doesn’t automatically lock… you have to use the faub to lock it every time. It is on the noisy side, I was jump scared by the sound of others opening and closing their window cover because it sounded like mine was the one opening/closing. Trash was in the halls for the entirety of my stay. The window cover is light so the room never gets dark enough to comfortably sleep during the day. The parking/key situation was confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it it was cool. No tv in the bedroom. Overall I didn’t mind this place, but I don’t think I’d stay here again.

We loved our stay and were very happy with location. We found it quite noisy as we backed on the lane where trucks came and emptied dumpsters before 7 am, as well as the very near and busy fire department. Guess that’s downtown living! The property is clean and well run. Instructions for check in and check out were very good. Would definitely make a second stay.

About a 15 minute walk to get to broadway but in a safe area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean but there was no coffee available in lobby. Overall it was an enjoyable time.

From the Parkade to your rooms was confusing. You had to go to the correct elevator. They should provide a map of the apartments. They did have directions on everything else. Once we got settled in, we really enjoyed our apartment. It was quiet, clean and had a modern look. We loved the floor to ceiling windows in the sitting room and bedroom.

The place was great! I did not have a car to park, which was nice. We walked everywhere! The balcony was nice, the view of the city was beautiful, the apartment was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is please put extra toilet paper in the bathroom:) I would definitely stay here again!

Easy walk to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame & Bridgestone Arena, each place is about 1,000 steps, no hills! I found the parking app confusing, front desk was always available to help me though. Parking itself was convenient. I would recommend and stay here again.

We were in what I would call in a perfect area. We were able to walk by to all the places we wished to by foot . Sentral Sobro puts one halfway between downtown and The Gulch.

C’est vraiment un hébergement caractéristique du monde à venir : Pas de personnel, aucun service ! C’est une ambiance froide et impersonnelle. Depuis le lobby nous avons été obligé de traverser un parking pour atteindre notre immeuble l’ambiance est très froide. Je déteste ces ambiances. La prochaine fois j’irai dans un vrai hôtel avec des vrais gens à l’accueil, des sourires des échanges etc. Dans la chambre il nay avait pas de café, et les draps enveloppaient à peine la couette. Never again !

I really loved the accommodation, location and amenities and would have given Sentra Sobro a higher rating but the online checking was horrible and we were unable to complete it ahead of time. Luckily the assistant manager came to our rescue. The young gentleman at the reception was also great at the end of our stay. We were not informed that the parking garage door to the apartments was not working on our level.-another problem at the end of a long day. The last concern was the limited basic kitchen items. No frypan, no towels for drying kitchen items (tea towels), no toaster, no kettle, no oven dish......

Don’t let the industrial look of the area surrounding the hotel dissuade you from this awesome home away from home. Only 12-15 minute walk from downtown Nashville! Very clean, comfortable and spacious accommodations suit 2 couples very well…each with their own bathroom. The pool and surrounding patio area are nice and relaxing. If you’re so inclined there are a couple of barbecues available in the patio area for your personal use. Thoroughly enjoyed this location!

The room/apartment was very nice and was a good part of our visit to Nashville. Our only issue was with the check-in process, which at times seems like an escape room in reverse - we had to figure the steps to get INto our room. Parking also required some additional steps, but for both, once we had things figured out it all made sense and worked very well. The apartment is well laid out, the facilities are great and the location was good - walking distance to the country music hall of fame and Broadway honky tonks. W

Only confusing part was entering parking garage. There was only one entrance and once you got there you had to use an app to open the gate to let you in. Everything else was very nice
