This was our second time staying at this house. It’s a great location with the beach nearby as well as tennis courts, a small playground and a basketball court. Kids enjoy riding their bikes in the neighborhood. Check-in/check-out process is easy.

Beautiful Gansett Trip

Wonderful home nestled in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Scarborough Beach! An added bonus, two parks are right around the corner. This was our third stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back for a fourth! Nicole is incredibly responsive and always gets back to you right away. We can’t wait for next year!

Great house for vacation with family

The home was very clean and large enough for our families. The bedrooms had ample space, beds comfortable, modern bedding. Plenty of kitchen supplies; dishes, utensils, pots pan, etc. The pool table was a hit. Liked back deck and front porch for outdoor living space.The neighborhood was quiet. Nearby playground was nice.The owners were terrific. They responded promptly to email and text.

Extended family vacation

Great house, very nice neighborhood, nice outside deck and yard. Loved having the outdoor shower.Plenty of room for everyone (10), and the bedrooms were great- very comfortable beds! Kitchen was fabulously stocked for any type of cooking! Would definitely rent again!

Great stay with a group of friends

The house is great, we were able to fit 6 couples and a 1 year old. Plenty of seating both inside and out and the yard is enclosed with shrubs giving great privacy. The nice half a mile walk to the beach is great after dinner. Would stay here again, the owners were great and with the holiday we’re flexible with check out. Would recommend if you’re looking for a nice quiet house that’s still close to all things Narragansett!

Family summer vacation

The house is a very basic colonial and looks like they converted the garage to two bedrooms. All rooms have queen beds and most have space for a crib. With that being said, it was plenty spacious for our whole family and suited our needs well. Plus, there’s a simple outdoor shower that made rinsing from a day at the beach easy. A quick bike ride to the beach. The yard was perfect for playing corn hole. Nearby, there are tennis courts, a playground and basketball court.

Perfect family vacation

This is the second year we stayed in this house. It was a good size for 8 adults and 4 kids. Having a TV room and a game room was nice so the kids had their own area! The host was great with communication. The house was very clean. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and AC worked excellent!

The beach house was clean, well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, staples and games, including pool table that the teens enjoyed! The large gas grille was perfect for us and 8 people fit comfortably at table on deck! I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again!

Great location to Scarborough Beach

Daniel and Nicole were great hosts and were always available with any questions we had. They have a beautiful spacious home conveniently located half a mile from the beach. We were a family of 12 and the home had more than enough room to accommodate. The neighborhood itself was quite and perfect for walks either to the beach or local park around the corner. We can’t wait to visit next year!

Multi-family vacation

The property was a good fit as we needed 6 separate adult bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own a/c. There is plenty of room in the backyard and the front yard for yard games and plenty of room in the house to spread out on the rainy days. Using the kitchen required a bit of planning with 12 adults since the space was a bit small but as family, cooperation was easy. Hosts are very responsive to questions.

Great Spacious Home Close to Beach and Park

My family had a great stay at this beach home. The home was clean and spacious. 6 bedrooms was definitely a plus as we had children ages 3-15 with us. The older kiddos loved the pool table. The 2 living spaces were so nice to have. Games were played while some watched television in the other room. We loved the large deck as well. I packed a pop up tent and it fit amazing on the deck. Overall our stay was pretty amazing!

We stayed here with two other families. It was a great place to stay as there were 6 bedrooms. Location was ideal to get to the beach. The yard size and space was great. It was not as clean as we would have hoped, but the owners were notified of this after our stay. We will likely rent this property again with the hope that it will be cleaned better in the future.

Great location and space for a family

We really enjoyed our stay! The backyard was very private and great for kids. The playground is only a short walk away and we went most evenings after dinner with kids. We also liked having 2 separate living rooms and the pool table for the evenings when little kids were in bed. The beach chairs and carts were very helpful and we used them every day. It was a humid week, so we also took advantage of the AC on the hot days. Overall, a great space and we'd love to go back.

Multi-family beach vacation

We had a great week! The proximity to the beach has excellent and gave us the option to walk, ride, or drive. The property was exactly as described. There was plenty of room to spread out and we especially enjoyed the pool table. The a/c kept us all cool and comfortable. It was well equipped for all of the cooking we did during our stay. However, an extra refrigerator would have been very helpful for our group. While very comfortable, the house is in need of updating.
