We had a great time in Narragansett vacationing with family whose ages ranged from 1 to 75. The house was well stocked from the kitchen pantry to the linen closets to the shed full of beach supplies, all of which was a plus. Justin was easy to communicate with at all stages. There was ample space for everyone to hang out, and we made good use of the larger-than-expected dining area to play board games in the evening. When we encountered an issue with the freezer, Justin was very accommodating and looked to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Narragansett Town Beach is a quick car ride and the two included beach passes came in handy. We also opted to visit Salty Brine Beach in Point Judith using street parking, making that beach day free. The downstairs area is really nice; however, if needing to use the bedroom, give consideration to who sleeps there as the upstairs floors are very creaky. We are early risers by nature, but the pattering and movement of little ones upstairs served as an extra-early alarm clock. Of course this won’t be a concern for all—just including for information's sake. As a whole, we definitely recommend this property!
