Another fantastic week

Last week of summer

Everyone loved the location. Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. The ac was a nice added bonus. It's extremely quiet and keeps the house at a nice constant temperature. Would definitely consider booking again.

Perfect family getaway

Kathy was a great host - very responsive and addressed the only issue very quickly (broom stick broke and she immediately replaced). House is in a great location and 5 mins from multiple beaches. We will look to return next year!

Narragansett RI Great Island house

My daughters, grandchildren and I stayed here from July 15th through July 22nd. The house was really cute and the location was fantastic. We would stay here again if we were ever going back to that area.

Great place for families.

The cottage was clean and the owner was great to deal with on instructions for checking in and out. The neighborhood was family oriented. The cottage has a nice large yard. It was a short drive to the beaches and restaurants. We didn’t go to Block Island but the ferry was very close too. It was a great vacation.

Another great stay!

This was our second summer staying here and we had another great week! Highly recommend this house for families looking to have a relaxing and low key beach vacation. Fishing Trip

Spring fishing in Rhode Island has become one of the favorite trips our group of friends have discovered. The location on Great Island was ideal giving us easy access to the boat launching ramp and marina. The accommodations were perfect with plenty of room for each member in the group to relax. Kathy, our host, communicated clear instructions and was very understanding when a key was mislaid but quickly returned!

Narragansett Getaway

Large 4 bedroom home , close to beaches , restaurants and the Block Island ferry. We loved the AC and the outdoor shower during a July heatwave! Great Island is a perfect location to either go to Newport or Watch Hill!

Property was well maintained and clean. The owners responded quickly to answer any questions. This property is close to so many things to do in Narragansett and only a 30-40 min drive to Newport, Jamestown and Providence .

Great vacation!

We loved this house and the location was PERFECT. This quiet neighborhood on a little island was paradise. Kathy was extremely responsive and the house was very well equipped for a family vacation with young kids. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent home in a wonderful neighborhood!

We had a wonderful time at the beach house for the week. The house was set up perfectly for our family. My dad was able to have a bedroom on the first floor close to the bathroom and having 4 bedrooms total gave us enough room and space for everyone. I really enjoyed waking up early and going for a quiet morning walk. The neighborhood is very quiet and very family friendly. The backyard is set up perfectly for a family to enjoy the outdoors. The yard games for the kids were a hit! The propane grill worked great and was very clean and ready to use. We appreciated having beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels to use on our trip. The house is very close to the block island ferry, great seafood and several beaches. We would definitely like to come back again. Thank you Kathy!

Perfect for a family vacation!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The location was great…close to everything. We walked to the Block Island ferry. The house had everything we needed for the week. Great backyard….perfect for hanging out or playing games. Kathy was a wonderful host!! Hope to go back next year!!!

Wonderful stay on Great Island!

My family and some friends spent the week of the 4th of July at Kathy’s wonderful home on Great Island in Narragansett. The location was perfect and it was both a beautiful and easy walk to the restaurants as well as The Block Island Ferry in The Port of Galilee. The beaches are just a hop away and there are plenty of places to explore in the surrounding area in addition. Kathy is super helpful and responsive with lots of great tips for the area, should it be your first time, like it was for us. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun get-away to a charmimg island, just a mile from Point Judith. I will definitely be looking to return in the coming year, too. Thanks again for everything, Kathy!
