"We stayed in Room 2 which had a view to the lake. Room was lovely and sparkling clean, bed very comfortable. Light breakfast and specialty coffee machine were perfect to start the day. Anna Marie was very pleasant and friendly. I will definitely plan to stay here again when next in Penticton."

"The location can’t be beat. The front desk staff was a lovely young woman. The cleanliness of the place was hard to be in for us. The first room was full of dirt and you could tell the corners and edges of the bathroom floor never really get cleaned. The lovely staff did upgrade us to a better suite so that was nice but the couch was full of stains and had sand on it. The beds were clean and the little kitchen was a nice feature. The pan to cook on was too big to fit in the oven and a chair was...

"The hotel was very nice and clean, decent location. The one negative we had was the room we stayed in (unit 130) was right next to the outside exit and stairs, every time someone entered or exited the hotel the door would slam shut and could be heard inside the room. This happened frequently at all hours so did not make for a restful sleep."
