Could be better

Good location, but property needs some love. I do believe management will address our concerns. (Broken ice maker, damaged LVP in hallway, and some missing linens). We enjoyed the pool!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our time at the Woodridge house. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. the kids LOVED the heated pool and spent much of their time there. the location is centrally located and just minutes from the beach. Overall, a great stay!

Good Naples Location for the $

The house is located in a residential neighborhood between Goodlette-Frank and 41, which is a good location for exploring Naples and accessing shopping and beaches. The house itself is a rental and shows some wear an tear, but overall very comfortable for the five of us. The pool is great and a welcome place in the afternoon after a day at the beach. There were a few issues which were addressed by the management company. Overall a great 10 days in Naples!

Great Property!

We had an excellent time staying at this home. It was very centrally located to many of the attractions that we visited in the greater Naples area. The house had was clean upon arrival and had everything that you could ask for. It was especially nice to have a private pool for those hot days! The home was very affordable compared to other properties we were considering staying at, and communication from the property owner was very prompt. Overall I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Naples.

Central Naples

The woodridge property was clean and tidy. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to take walk through. The location is excellent for driving exploration of Naples. The pool was very clean and nice for lap swimming.

Relaxing vacation home

We had a great stay in Naples! Neighborhood was close to 5th Avenue South and The Village. The pool was perfect to cool off in after our day golfing in the sun. Definitely recommend this property it has everything you need and very well kept.

Great Property

I will start off by saying Newman Hospitality was very accommodating and extremely communicative. They made the whole booking and check-in/out process easy and quick. They responded to all questions and requests within minutes. During our stay we found that our pool skimmer net was damaged and unusable. Within an hour or so, not only did they bring over a new one, they had the pool cleaned for us. The house and pool were great and just as the pictures show. There was more than enough room for myself and the 3 other adults I travelled with. The bedrooms were all clean and a good size. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Good, not perfect, place for a family to vacation base

The property was clean and accurately represented. It was a bit pricey but our initial property fell-through so we found this one on very short notice (thank you!). We enjoyed walking the "homey" neighborhood and waving to many friendly neighbors. This is a residential area, very quiet and relaxing in the evenings, just what we were looking for on our vacation. The large lap pool was a nice surprise, and very private. The house can sleep 5 adults no problem. Kitchen is well-stocked and functional, and beds were surprisingly comfy. Towels were plentiful and in good condition. Wish list items: 1) family room furniture is inadequate. With two uncomfortable chairs and a love seat, we could not hang out as a family together. 2) pool pump/heater were on a timer that limited heat to 12 hours a day so the pool took several days to warm to a comfortable temperature. Overall it's a good base from which to enjoy your Naples adventures.

The house worked out wonderfully. It was clean and prepped with most of the items we would need for our stay. Only downside to the property is that the neighborhood is not great.

Relaxing family fun!

The house was immaculate when we arrived! We had everything we needed, from TVs in every room, to the spotless pool, to the fully appointed kitchen. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Uber is a great option. Owner was great with communication. We didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful & spacious!

In our 1st visit to Naples, we were fortunate to stay in this beautiful home! Upon arrival, there was wine & chocolate waiting to greet us. The home was clean, comfortable and very well kept. The beds were comfortable and allowed us a better night sleep than home...seriously! The pool was perfect and allowed for lots of outdoor fun. The management office was easy to contact and very responsive. I would most definitely stay here again.

Property was beautiful. House was clean and bright.

We loved the property. We did not realize quite how close the neighbors were, so a large family reunion may not be ideal in this location. I would definitely return with just my immediate family and children! My only suggestion would be to have updated cushions for pool chairs, but that did it hinder our use of the pool :) hosts were easily reachable.

Perfect place for rest and relaxation between exploring Naples

The house had all the basic things needed. The yard was great and despite having neighbors very near the fence provided privacy for nice meals at the table by the pool and swims every day. There was a nice welcome basket awaiting when we arrived. The house was clean and had all the basic things we needed for cooking and relaxing. Andy our contact checked in with us and was readily available. I use a wheelchair and it is not truly w/c accessible. The main house was great, once we were in, but the bathrooms are both small and not set up for w/c. We managed, but I would not recommend it for wheelchair users.

Andy was the most efficient host ever!

Everything was wonderful. Andy even checked in on us to ensure we were having a great time. The house was well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for our activities and we enjoyed making memories with our family in such a special place.

1st time is the charm

This was the first time we rented a house for a vacation. Friends of ours who we were sharing the house with, had done this a few times, and talked us into it. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The house was adorable, immaculate and the owner's were just a phone call away. They were easy & pleasant to work with, and we would rent from them again, if we decide to go this route for another vacation. We all enjoyed ourselves, and appreciated the high level of customer service they provided.
