The house is very nice. The only way to get to the pool from the house is through 2 of the bedrooms. There is no actual back door. The pool was dirty when we arrived. When we told the property manager, pool people came the next day & checked chemicals but did not vacuum. Pool was not cleaned at all during our 2-1/2 week stay. House is for sale & we were asked to have people come to look at it. We were hesitant because it was our vacation & we were not bothered again.

Vacaciones en North Naples

Excelente opción para 4 días de vacaciones en familia en Naples. Muy confortable, piscina climatizada abierta muy disfrutable, equipamiento adecuado para las necesidades básicas de los húespedes, provisión de amenities, todo el alojamiento muy limpio y funcional. Ubicación próxima a playas y lugares de interés del balneario.

Sunshine Birthday Getaway

This lovely home was the perfect setting for our family to celebrate my birthday and spend time with my grandson! Coming from a chilly 45 degree Utah to lovely Naples was already the perfect gift-- but the comfort and amenities awaiting us made it PERFECT! The home was well stocked, clean, comfortable, and located near the beach. We enjoyed the bikes and the pool, and slept so comfortably! The host was responsive and helpful, and we appreciated the overall professionalism. We will definitely come again! Thank you Michael D&Family

Everything was as advertised

The house was clean, comfortable, and in good shape. The only surprise I had was that when I arrived, the hot tub was cold. I called the management company. I didn't realize the hot tub was controlled remotely. The hot tub soon heated up and everything was great.

Family Gathering

The house is a great location to visit the attractions of Naples. Close to the Mercato for Whole Foods and restaurants. Back yard catches the afternoon sun. House was clean and comfortable.

As Advertised!!

We rented this house based on pictures, location and prior reviews. The house was airy, clean and comfortable. Adequate kitchen supplies, beach chairs, coolers and towels. Property Manager checked in with us via text to confirm all was good. We would stay here again and recommend it.

Good House, Bad Customer Service

The house was as described. Comfortable and clean (although the floors had a layer of dirt that would make your feet dirty if you were barefoot). We arrived at 4 pm and the cleaners were just finishing up. There were 3 trash bags left by the previous renters that we disposed of. Our first problem arose when we tried to leave for dinner. We realized we couldn’t open the front door or lock it. It was left open for us by the cleaners, so we didn’t realize it was a problem until we tried to leave. Turns out they gave us the wrong key pad instructions. And we weren’t able to get ahold of someone local. I first called the 24 hour hotline, but it was just a call center and the person had no idea how to help. I finally got someone to respond via email. They first repeated the same instructions given in our check in email, but I had to tell them there was no lockbox with a key. It was just a keypad. Finally they gave me a code that worked. Our next problem occurred when we returned from dinner. We realized the A/C wasn’t working. The temperature rose to 80 degrees in the house. I was worried about my 75 year old mother-in-law. I couldn’t get management to call me. They were only willing to email or text. They advised we get a hotel room until the problem was fixed. Instead, my husband went to Walgreens to get fans. So at 10 pm on Fathers Day, my husband was assembling the fans. At some time in the middle of the night, the AC kicked on. But it went off again in the early afternoon. At 6 pm the next day, we had to be home to let the AC repair guy in. Luckily he was able to fix the problem. We were told we’d be compensated for the inconvenience and reimbursed for the fans (much cheaper than a hotel room). But when it came time for check out, we were told we needed to return the fans. They said they didn’t need them. So they wanted us to spend more of our short 3 day vacation disassembling the fans and returning them. Eventually they offered to send something to the house and to return the fans for us. A gift basket wouldn’t really do us any good the last hours of our vacation. And 2 weeks later, we still haven’t been reimbursed for the fans. So while the house was ok and we understand that these things happen, the customer service was terrible. You can’t get anyone on the phone. I don’t think there’s a local contact. And they just didn’t seem to care about the trouble we went through. It seems crazy that they just wouldn’t at least reimburse us for the fans.

Amazing

This rental was amazing! Just a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. The private pool was a huge plus as well. Rental could easily sleep 6-8 people comfortably. Very spacious. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area

Worst property and management I’ve ever experienced

Do NOT stay here. I have never had worst customer service in my entire life. First of all the pool was neon green and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was absolutely disgusting. I wish it would let me post photos with this review. When when we tried to get a hold of the property management company they ignored our calls and never got back to us thinking they could avoid the situation. I want my money back
