The apartment is rented out in its entirety for exclusive use; it is perfect for large families or groups of friends, accommodating up to nine adults, one child, and one infant. The rooms and living areas are very spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a peaceful vacation; it’s also ideal for long stays.
The apartment is located just a few meters from the stops for all forms of public transportation in Naples, allowing for quick and easy travel.

The Space
The “REGAL HOME Apartment” is one of a kind—spacious and very bright, with views overlooking the city. It features high-speed Wi-Fi. It has been completely renovated and is furnished with new furniture and appliances.
The entire apartment consists of four spacious bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, with the option (if requested at the time of booking) to add a fold-out bed for a child. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a fifth bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet, wall-mounted hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board. Each bedroom with an en suite bathroom is equipped with exhaust fans, a 37-inch interactive flat-screen TV, blackout curtains, insulated roller blinds that provide soundproofing and thermal insulation, and an inverter air conditioner. The kitchen also has air conditioning, as well as an espresso machine with a water heater or steam milk frother, a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a four-burner stove, along with plates, glasses, pots, cutlery, etc.
The kitchen and one of the bedrooms open onto the spacious terrace, which features a small table with five comfortable outdoor chairs—a lovely spot to relax while sipping a good cup of coffee or tea, a limoncello, or a cold drink in complete relaxation after a day of walking and exploring the city. The terrace, the kitchen, and three bedrooms are sunny and all face east, overlooking the street, the square, small gardens, and the church; the fourth bedroom, which is also very bright, faces south onto a quiet street. You can order takeout and enjoy a pizza and/or other delicacies in the spacious kitchen/dining room or outside on the large terrace, spending unforgettable and relaxing evenings with friends or family in pleasant company and harmony.

Guest Access
The building’s lobby is elegant and stately, and there is a daytime concierge service available Monday through Friday; the building’s entrance is spacious and well-lit.
To access the apartment, you must climb ten steps before reaching the elevator; if you prefer not to use the elevator to reach the apartment, you’ll need to climb a total of thirty comfortable steps.
Check-in is flexible, from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date, and there are no additional fees even if it takes place outside standard hours; however, advance notice is required to confirm availability for off-hours check-ins.
Check-out is flexible, from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the scheduled departure date, and there are no additional charges. Alternatively, you can store your luggage for free.
At check-in, guests must have and present to the host the personal identification documents of all guests so that personal data can be transmitted to the relevant authorities for security checks, as required by current regulations.

With quick and easy travel, you can comfortably visit the historic center of Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento, Salerno, Amalfi, Positano, and the Sorrento Coast with quick and easy travel, using all available modes of transportation that stop just a few meters from the apartment.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays. Additional bath and bed linens are provided upon request during your stay and, in any case, for stays longer than three days. For extended stays, you can request an additional apartment cleaning service for an extra charge of 45.00 euros per thorough general cleaning.

The apartment has five bathrooms, all with toilets; the “Evento” bathroom (Bathroom No. 1) is the only one with a toilet that uses the Sanitrit flushing system; therefore, it must be used in accordance with the necessary and appropriate instructions, which will be provided and explained by the host at check-in.
