The hot tub and salt water pool amazing! Nice spacious lanai and living area in house. Comfortable beds! Very nice, quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants and beach. House equiped with lots of bikes, pool floats, and games. Alexa music speakers at pool and in-house. Really great place to stay!

This was a very clean house with everything you would need on a trip. The pool was fantastic and we feasted on fresh seafood daily. The host Derek and manager Alissa answered any and all questions in a very prompt time. We will definitely be going back to stay.

A great place to stay

This is a great place to stay for a vacation in Naples. The house is lovely and very well equipped, not just with the essentials but lots of added extras to make the most of your time. The pool and pool area are a haven for spending the day enjoying some family time. The house is located on a quiet and beautifully maintained residential area and the owners were very easy to deal with. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Awesome winter trip

We loved our stay at this property. The house was nicely decorated; had everything you needed and more. The owner, Derek, was so easy to work with and when I did communicate with him, he answered promptly. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The pool and spa were incredible. We took advantage of both every day. The landscaping and quiet neighborhood were exactly what we wanted. What a great and relaxing trip. Thanks Derek!

One of the Best Vacation Rentals in Briarwood!

We absolutely loved the house, which was perfect for our little family of four. It was impeccably clean and equipped with everything imaginable, from a fully-stocked kitchen to endless entertainment options (the ping-pong table and arcade was a hit!). It felt like a true home away from home. Communication with the host was pretty outstanding. The whole host team was friendly, super responsive, and provided excellent local tips. This is a rare gem, and we can’t wait to come back!

Vacation in paradise

My family spent a beautiful week in beautiful Naples, and we had perfect accommodations in Derek’s lovely home in the Briarwood neighborhood. It truly was perfect. Clean, spacious, modern and comfortable in every way! We have spent many vacations in Briarwood, all in lovely homes. But this was the best, by far! Derek was easy to reach and a pleasure to talk to. We will be visiting again!

Everything you need

We loved the home. The outdoor space was private and relaxing. The house was well equipped with kitchen wares, swimming stuff, toys and bikes for a family. The Alexas and the TV more than met our needs. Since we had 10 inches of rain the home was perfect for just relaxing in.

Great place

We really enjoyed staying at your house and the pool was amazing to swim in , my children really enjoyed it, not to mention the great beaches that were located there. What we liked the most while staying here were the restaurants and stores. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Tropical Escape

This is our second time staying at one of Derek’s properties. We are never disappointed in our time spent there. The home is tastefully decorated and fully stocked for a great get away. The extra “touches” that Derek provides is top notch. The bikes, coolers, chairs, fishing poles, wagon, and the cute and great smelling shampoos, conditioners, and soaps. And the beds are very comfortable. The check in process is very easy and I love that Derek contacts you asking if everything is good. Trust me when I say you won’t regret staying at here! 5 star rating!!!!
