Excellent host/excellent place

We drove from Canada to stay 6 nights, 2 families of 4. Tones of space, multiple separate areas that all meet in the common room and pool area.Very fun and very well equipped.It was a very simple process for everything in the house, Bbq,Pool,fishing,tv,kitchen,garage,bikes.. we didn’t want to leave! We were a short drive to multiple beaches(15mins) and close to many stores if needed.Host were a very quick text or email away with any concerns or questions! Thanks for the great memories!!

Paradise

Had an amazing time in Naples. House was beautiful. We had everything we needed. Loved the privacy and separation of bedrooms, gave the feel of having separate wings in the house, lol. Kitchen was great, we cooked a lot. Having the pool steps away was a game changer, we swam morning, noon and night, add an extra bonus for the salt water. The host was always in communication, if there was anything needed, a response was provided within minutes. Naples is a great vacation spot for the family. Would definitely go back and would definitely stay in this house again in the future.

Blissful Break

We stayed as a family of five in early April. The Villa was exactly as advertised on the website and we’ve had fantastic engagement with Derek prior to our arrival to ensure all of our needs and questions have been answered. It proved the perfect base from which we could easily access fifth Avenue and third Street south as well as many of the restaurants and shopping opportunities in Naples with supermarkets and I75 not far away. Would strongly recommend Derek and this property for anyone seeking a break in Naples.

Communication was great from start to finish. Lots of inventory in the garage ie pool toys, beach chairs, coolers, bikes. We had a great trip, would highly recommend and stay here again!!CC

Amazing house

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Naples! Our group consisted of two families, including four kids and teenagers, and this home was perfect for all of us. It was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The layout was ideal, and the beds were super comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The house had everything we could possibly need and more, from a well-stocked kitchen to extra amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The location was just perfect—close to everything but tucked away enough for a quiet, relaxing retreat. Derek, our host, was fantastic! He was always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and stress-free stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Naples!

Exceeded expectations!

Every detail was covered for this hard to please family of 6 adults! The house was clean, spacious and just as shown in the pics. All of the items in the garage were super helpful: bikes, coolers, beach chairs, etc…the pool temperature was awesome! Close to many golf courses. It was a short 15 minutes to the beach, but if you are driving at all what’s the difference if it’s 10 or 15 minutes? Overall, definitely a 5!

A perfect week

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the bicycles that were provided and cycling through such a nice neighborhood. Derek was easy to work with and very responsive. We look forward to returning.

The place was great and the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. There was plenty of space for us all, great amount of cooking supplies, and a lot of toys in the garage for both at the house and the beach!

Perfect Naples Vacation

This property and management exceeded all expectations. The house itself with 4 well appointed bedrooms and pool area was very comfortable. Host provided for all possible needs.....bikes,Pickle ball equipment, Alexas ,Keurig,blender, grill and could go on and on. We really enjoyed the location as short drive to all attractions. This is also a great walking neigborhood.This VRBO gets an A Plus!

Winter Break

We stayed at this property for little over three weeks. House was great, could tell it had been professionally decorated. Excellent location, equally convenient to both North Naples and Downtown Naples. Great neighborhood, excellent for walking and biking. Owner was very accessible, minor things that popped up were immediately addressed. Neighborhood fountain in lake behind house added an extra touch to the house. I would definitely stay here again and if I could I would rate this a 5+ for the extra little details that Derek goes to to make this house a class above other properties. For example, things like the endless household supplies (paper towels, laundry detergent, toiletries), Alexa indoor and outdoor, multiple coffee machines, etc. And as noted before, the responsiveness by the owner.

wonderful vacation

This home is terrific. Very efficient layout, maximizing private sleeping quarters as well as living space. Extremely comfortable beds in every bedroom. Clean, contemporary aesthetic with luxurious primary bath. Fully stocked and spacious kitchen. Beautiful salt water pool which felt soothing on the skin. Setting on the lake was lovely. The owner thought of everything - bach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, children's beach toys and equipment (booster seat, high chair, step stools). We have rented any homes and this was the best.
