We had a fantastic stay in this villa. We visit Naples most years and have stayed at Briarwood previously. Without doubt this is one of the finest villas we have stayed at. From the communications with Derek, through to the cleanliness of the villa through to the fantastic amount of leisure equipment provided including weights and bench, bikes and back equipment; everything you need to make the most of Naples.

Excellent stay

Renting this property was a great experience. Very clean and organized as well as stocked. Furniture and kitchen appliances plenty. Was very easy to find anything we needed for cooking, poolside, beach and overall comfort. The owners always checking in to make sure we were accommodated correctly and were satisfied. Would highly recommended and would book again.

Great Vacation Stay! The home is beautiful. Very spacious and clean. Each room is well appointed with luxury furnishings, the kitchen and bathroom have top of line fixtures and appliances. Everything needed for the pool, as well the beach or any type of outdoor fun, was provided. The customer service and communication were awesome and efficient. No ask was too great or small.

Great vacation home, super clean, and close to everything!

Fully stocked and close to most attractions and the beach. Super nice layout of the house and impeccably clean. Great customer service and they send you reminders regarding trash pickup as well as checking in with you that everything is going well. We loved it!

Perfect Beach house

I cannot say enough good things about this house and the host. They had every amenity you could think of. The bikes that you could ride around the rental were phenomenal. The pool was absolutely amazing. The kitchen was beautiful and the bedrooms are perfect. If I ever head back to Naples this will definitely be the house I seek out again!

Perfect family getaway

The home was so spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked with extras and all needed dishes. The kids loved the pool, riding bikes, and room to spread out. We loved that the house included all needed items for a day at the beach. We loved listening to music on the echo dots while swimming. We also enjoyed the community pool, playground, and pickle ball courts. It was very easy to get in and out, and we felt safe and secure while staying here. Check out was a breeze compared to some places we have stayed. We highly recommend, and plan to visit again!

This is a fantastic house which was perfect for our getaway with 3 couples. The fact that it had 3 king bedrooms was a selling point for us. The house is modern, beautiful and has every recreational toy you can think of!! The owner was very nice and super-responsive. Great stay!!

Perfect Stay

The first seconds we walked through the door, we felt like we had our own oasis. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Our kitchen was well stocked. Our private pool and hot tub was perfect . Our garage was filled with well maintained bikes and pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and more. My husband and I enjoyed the master bedroom that is separated from the other bedrooms. It’s a great floor plan and a great place to stay for families. Our host communicated great with us and was very helpful. Loved our week here in Tivoli Paradise.
